I just got finished with an inspection done by Justin Murphy who did an amazing job! He was really thorough and super knowledgeable about everything and took the time to explain everything to me in detail which was very very helpful cause I don't know much about this stuff! Amazing job!

Description of Work: I CALLED BASEMENT SYSTEMS FOR A ESTIMATE, I CALLED ON 2-6 AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT (BY MY REQUEST) FOR 6:00PM ON THE 19TH. I CAME HOME THAT DAY AROUND 5;30 TO A MESSAGE ON THE MACHINE CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE MESSAGE A AFTER THOUGHT TO CALL THEM BACK. BEING SO CLOSE TO THE APPOINTMENT I DIDN''T CALL TILL IT GOT TO BE ABOUT 6:30 TO TALK TO A GENTLEMAN WHO APOLOGIZED BUT ARGUED THAT THEY HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF ME FOR THREE DAYS, (THERE WERE NO MESSAGES LEFT ON MY MACHINE TILL THAT DAY) AND CONTINUED TO ARGUE THAT THE MESSAGE MUST HAVE BEEN LEFT THE DAY BEFORE!!!! SO NO ONE WAS COMING OUT SINCE WE HAD NOT CALLED. HE THEN TRIED TO RESCHEDULE WHEN I SAID NO THANKS HE HUNG UP ON ME!!
