Description of Work: Repaired crawl with injection of substance. Was told up front as s realtor I would be given 20% referral fee. Never happened even after multiple inquiries. Directed it to be put toward credit for my client that didn't happen either. Salesman name Chad talked to me all the time until bill paid then no response Not professional not likely to refer again

We are very sorry this customer feels this way but are very confused at to why. She signed up for us to do some waterproofing and she was happy with the products price back in December. Unfortunately she was unable to get financed and were unable to do the job, but, we offered to honor that proposal whenever she was in a position to have the work accomplished. So we are confused at to why we are getting a complaint 4 months later. Description of Work: Mistake by the estimator lead to a significant delay in the actual work (Summer to October) but we were not charged for additional work. Work was done as described (over a one week period) though slightly rushed and clean up was a bit spotty (and crew had to leave early one day to fix a problem in someone else's house). Crew was punctual and professional.

It has been 3 years since this installation was completed. Mr. [Member Name Removed] purchased a solution (a very successful engineered system) that allows a foundation wall to be straightened over time, thus eliminated the need to completely excavate the foundation, not to mention the expense. The language in the warranty is very specific and simple- over time does not mean immediately. Mr. [Member Name Removed] refused to pay for the work because the wall did not straighten immediately when the system was completed, even though both our contract and 2 other installation documents (all signed and initialed by Mr. [Member Name Removed]) clearly stated otherwise. I tried to make Mr. [Member Name Removed] happy in a number of ways, including digging the wall out if we did not see movement back to a straightened position. He simply verbally abused anyone that tried to contact him, including myself, and refused to pay. Had he listened and followed the instruction we all agreed to, his foundation wall would probably have been straightened by now.

Description of Work: They came to extend an interior Sump pump Drainage system. Overall performance work was done well with no complaints about quality. Only complaint was they didn't staff my job correctly. what was probably a 3 man 6 hr job, was staffed with 1 man and he was at the house from 9:00am till 11:00pm. Seems like they were over scheduled and split a crew and gave me 1 guy, I wouldn't let them leave till it was done b/c I only had 1 day to be home.

Description of Work: Provided an estimate to reinforce front porch. Too expensive and would only nickel and dime project. New concrete better option and less expensive then the upsale of their product. Buyer beware and do your homework before having sales person show up at your home. Waist of time and salesperson agreed that project would be too expensive and said that they can complete in 1 day.

We are sorry that the cost to salvage the existing porch would have been so expensive but unfortunately there was no way to do the job correctly, in such a manner that it could have been warrantied. We were not nickle and diming this customer, and we are very sorry he felt this way. We were simply informing him of everything that would need to be done in order to save the porch as it was. Our inspector was very honest with him and in telling him that he should just have it rebuilt that it would save him a lot of money. We are sorry we do not rebuild porches and could not provide him an estimate for that. Part of our responsibility to our customers is to provide the estimate, if we wouldn't have done that, we would be getting a bad review for not giving the estimate. Sometimes is cheaper to rebuild rather that try to save what is already there, at least we are honest enough to tell our customers when we are not the best choice for their project. We wish this customer the best of luck with his project and hope he finds the correct contractor to fulfill his needs.

Description of Work: Needed crawlspace door replaced, so I bought an item called the "Turtl" which of course had to be installed. First appointment was cancelled because they didn't order the right one, second appointment, was postponed due to rain and so were the next three appointments; I completely understand "Acts Of God". Finally, on July 20th, installation was completed. They were never on time, the times they did come and they didn't complete their clean up! Also, they have a recording you listen to while on hold, they really "ALL" should take the time to listen to it and practice what they preach! One other thing, I believed I was over charged, because the estimate they gave me, included a partial repair of the wall where the "Turtle" has to be mounted and I was told that wasn't needed to be done, but none of my money was reimbursed: $1,195.00 (Turtl) and $395.00 (Wall Repair). I'm handicapped, so I'm unable to look it over and check the quality of the their work, so I really can't comment too much on that.

We are very sorry for the issues that happened with this job. It is true that we received the wrong color from the manufacture. Once we got the right color that the customer ordered we rushed her back on the schedule to get it installed. The nature of the install in fact included some block repair and parging, installing the Turtle and clean up. Although we try everything to please our customers and do it efficiently there are some things we just can’t control. On several dates she was scheduled there were torrential downpours and flooding, with the job being an exterior dig with parging, block work and the turtle needing to be sealed to the wall, it needs to be dry. We had no choice but to keep getting her back on the schedule in hopes the next install date would be dry. If you are from the Cleveland area you know already that this year has been the wettest year since 1905. We kept this customer on the top of our list every day in order to try and provide excellent customer service. The crew cleaned up as best as you can with this type of work. They leveled, raked off the area, removed any excess dirt and all the customer had to do is just put down mulch or finish landscaping as they pleased. Also, from the pictures you can see there was wall repair done. The crew had to fix the block and re-parge the wall. The parging is still dark gray in the pictures. I’m sorry this customer fell victim to the unfortunate weather we have been having. We do truly care about our customers. We are sending her a visa gift card in efforts trying to be a great company.
