Brought the wrong color flooring. We accepted the different flooring.

Joe Tenny & this crew showed up on time, was polite and respectful of my home did the work in a timely manner was complete & out the door in 5hours.

Very friendly easy going but professional and good sense of urgency.

Last night, Greg called me to confirm the appointment and to get further details on the job. When I explained that my ductwork was leaking and I wanted confirmation that it was not the foundation that was leaking, he stated that there was nothing they could do at all, and do me, he seemed utterly uninterested in doing the job at all.

The ad from angies list stated this was a full foundation inspection - when this guy got here, it was only related to waterproofing. My issues are unrelated to waterproofing, and I was told to contact a foundation expert or structural engineer. This is what I thought I had done, but $50 later, I was wrong. This guy cancelled the appointment the day before the visit, after calling me close to 10pm. Then he called the next day saying he could come 6 hours after our original appointment. In addition, a tape measure was missing from my house after his visit, not sure if he grabbed it on accident or on purpose, but it is still missing and after searching for about a month, it is no longer to be found. If you have waterproofing issues, call this guy, if you are looking for foundation solutions, save your money. He also informed me they give free estimates, so not sure what I paid $50 for. Also, I never got a written proposal as promised in the ad.

Overall, the appointment and presentation went very well.

The foundation crack was measured and analyzed by Greg, the service person. It was determined that until we could look at a wall in the basement that is covered with dry wall, it could not be determined whether or not I have a problem. My basement does not leak. The wall is not bowed. This has been put on the backburner for me until I take care of some other needed home repairs. I was happy to have someone look at my problem for the price of $49.00. It was worth the money and the company will stay in touch with me.

The guy who came out was very thorough, but I was a bit dissapointed in the coupon because it did not cover very much.

Chris Algieri arrived at the appointed time to perform the energy audit. He was polite, professional and informative. I would have given him a higher grade, but he never followed up with the promised home energy audit report. He was supposed to email me a report. I never received anything.

Estimate was comprehensive, work crew was professional, polite, and respectful of property. Repairs resulted in corrective action as promised.

Process went well. They showed up on time and cleaned up when finished. Some landscaping needs to be replaced, but that was expected.

Everything went according to the Estimate.

Overall, the project went well. The Crew (a truly outstanding group) that did the work kept the workspace as clean as possible for such a dusty process; they swept the workspace at the end of each day. (One should be prepared for dust escaping the work area and for the entire work area needing a final mopping once the crew finishes the job.) My only complaint would be that our basement is tiled on one half and when the salesperson sold us the job, he explained that they would need to take up about a 6 inch section of the tile to install the drainage system. We okayed this because we felt we could run a decorative tile along the edge to cover the work. Unfortunately, when the crew started, they said they had to take out entire tiles (which we ending up okaying thinking we could order more tile). We have 18x18 tiles, so that means we now have some places that need 18x18 tiles and some places that need partial tiles. We had some extra tiles, but in no way did we expect that we would need to replace approximately 40 tiles. To make the situation more frustrating, the tile is no longer in production and the floor will have to be repaired with a tile that doesn't match. The salesperson's lack of full disclosure at the beginning of the process is adding more cost on our end and a basement floor that will never look matched unless we completely retile the entire area. If we didn't have the tile issue, we would give the group an "A" for the job!

They were on time, clean, neat and efficient. They answered all the questions we had. Overall, we were very impressed with the work.

Installers arrived early, were capable, worked steadily, cleaned up, protected house from dust, kept exterior doors closed when not needed. Did a great job of working behind and around furnace, H20 heater and softener without moving thermo. Moved pressure tankf or well re-installed, kept water disruption to a minimum. Very pleased with work!

In October, 2011 we contacted this business to help us stop basement flooding through our sump pump. After having a whole sealed sump pump system installed in October 2011 by this company, we found our original problem still existed. The problem was that the volume of water entering our sump was not being pumped to street storm sewer ! We told the rep that it seemed it just kept circulating. We called the company back after having the sump system for 2 months. They sent the same installer back who told us our pump was running so much because the basement walls needed to dry out. At that time, the main pump was then running every 15 seconds to one minute and overheating in the winter! In May 2012, we called the company again. Andy came out. He explained he was the technician. He found the problem using skill and dye, gave us an estimate, and fixed it in one day by himself. One side of the house downspouts were not connected to the main sewer. Now water is no longer circulating into our sump but actually getting to the street. Andy was professional and hard working and the price was reasonable for diagnosis and fix. We only wish the first installer, who was no longer employed with the company, had listened to us as carefully as Andy did as we explained the water problem. Or that the company had sent Andy on the second visit to listen and diagnose and correct it several months sooner. If it had been fixed right at first, we would give all As. Thanks Andy. You are a great asset to this company. You listened and fixed it. We are pleased with the sump pump system but more pleased that our problem was finally found that we lived with for many years!

From start to finish, the Tomorrow Home Solutions team demonstrated professionalism, a desire to meet our needs, a high level of skill in completing all elements of the job. The sales representative came to our home two times to provide information about the services to be provided and related costs as well as to answer our many questions. The information John provided was clear, factual, and thorough. When the service team arrived, they introduced themselves and reviewed the work to be done. At all times, the team demonstrated the greatest respect for my wife and me, for our personal property, and for one another. They gladly answered the many questions we asked and took the time to insure that we understood what they were doing and why. Despite the fact that much of the work involved heavy labor, the service team members remained cheerful and stayed on task to insure the timely completion of the job. We were especially impressed with the quality of all work completed and the willingness of team members to go "above and beyond" expectations to insure that my wife and I would be pleased with the final product. The job went smoothly and was completed within the three-day window previously identified. We are very pleased with the work completed by the Tomorrow Home Solutions team.

The Home Solutions crew called in the morning to confirm their arrival. They got there right on time, introduced themselves, surveyed the site then setup their equipment and got right to work. They started at the far end of the crawl space and removed all the junk and debri including an old swing set that someone had discarded down there for some reason! Then they used a hammer drill to break through the cement and dig a pit for the sump pump installation carefully removing all the cement and mud that had to be carried out through the access point in the middle of the house through the living room and out the front door. We had spread plastic drop cloth out as a precaution but they also brought their own materials to protect the floors during this process. They determined that the best location for the pump was at the front of the house so they had to run PVC pipe around the perimeter of the crawl space to reach the back of the house where we wanted the water to go. The whole job was completed from 8 a.m to 3:30 p.m. start to finish without any problems or surprises. So far the system they installed is working perfectly.

We're really happy with them. They did a really good and thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. The work comes with lifetime warranty.

They were able to do what they contracted to do.

The service guy arrived within the expected time, and was knowledgeable about what needs to be done. He completed the job and cleaned up well.
