Joe the installer covered all furniture & equipment to protect from dust. Insured dust was vented and collected which kept it to one room in basement. Installed carbon strips and ensured they where well epoxied to wall cleaned up when finished.

Very good work ethics and responsiveness to questions and concerns.

Easy to work with estimator (John Hopkins). The crew was friendly and hard working. Worked with me to address unique issues to my basement. Were quick and thorough to address them.

The team was very professional from the get go. Arrived on time and performed the task on time and ahead of schedule. The men were very courteous in their work manner. Informed me of the things they were doing when I asked questions and explained everything very well and also in a way that did not make it hard for me to understand. There is also an employee coming back every couple of months to tighten the plates which I think is wonderful. Company offered a warranty which is something no other company offered me and I have worked with several to fix my many basement issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering basement repairs.

They came out and dug the whole foundation up. He was very honest and to the point. He pointed out all of the problems with my foundation and then explained how he would go about fixing them.

It was ok. Other companies could have done the same work for free.

Contractor called to advise scheduled start time was delayed by emergency. Arrived as rescheduled. Very neat and professional. Work completed as promised.

It was fine although it was kind of a waste of money. I would not recommend them because it was kind of blah, but I wasn't disappointed.

They were absolutely brilliant and wonderful. his team was perfect. They installed it within the time period. My husband got injured and so they came in and chatted with me about what they had discussed. They solved problems I did not even know existed. They came up with creative solutions. It cost exactly what it was suppose to cost. They missed a day of work because of a blizzard so they worked on a Saturday to make sure it was done on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They put in the most amazing walls and reconfigured the pipes. They made it look attractive and interesting so that we could have higher ceilings in some areas. The furnace area looks like a lovely closet with french doors. They went far beyond what my dreams were. They were brilliant, efficient, respectful and anything you could want. We felt a good value. My husband saw the finished basement was thrilled. It was better then what they talked about. We have not had any problems with any of the work they have done. They finished off some detail work with some wood. They took the effort to find some interesting looking wood, which was clever and architecturally interesting. He gave us his cell and was on the other end whenever I needed him. We chatted everyday, it was perfect. Extremely professional and charming. I could see the progress everyday.

The drains were replaced & covered with cement in a proper manner. However, because he was early without notifying me I had to pay an extra $200 for them to move stuff in the basement while my helper was on way. I remained in the house. At no time was I told of the need to remove 2 shelves so I did not have them emptied. In addition there was no apparent attempt to make a good looking cut through drywall in one room. It looks like it was hacked at. I have no more drywall or matching paint. I believe it could have been cut. At any rate I could/should have been informed. The actual work (except for drywall) was great. The men apparently do not live in Akron. They left me the pieces of shelving. I have no way to dispose of them as construction debris is not allowed in Akron trash.

Very smooth; took only a few hours. Guys did a professional job.

Scott & his crew arrived on 3/13/2013 and explained the job in detail. They completed everything on time on 3/14/2013 as explained by Scott. Job was great!

Rick, Jeremy & Jermaine made a great team on this project to install our basement waterproofing system. They arrived on time each day and worked patiently with me in moving a few larger items the first day. Their individual knowledge of each aspect of the installation was apparent as they proceeded through each phase. Rick's professionalism shined as he answered questions and took a lead role with many years of experience. I was impressed by the care and determination it takes to get the water guard system at the proper depth below floor level. Those many hours of labor by this crew will be appreciated for years to come. The attention to detail in the clean up was impeccable. Thanks also to Gregg for his patience in meeting with us twice to explain the system and for the late evening appointment for the sales agreement. You truly are, "Bringing Basements Back to Life"! Was expecting more to be done based on sales consultation. Project manager & foreman on-site did extra to make up for miscommunication. Overall happy with service.

They came out and looked. The first estimate was a little high. The second estimate was a little better, but not by much. I felt the gentleman that came out fed my useless information. He was overly friendly and not professional enough. The process they were trying to explain to me to get the work done was not satisfactory. The process would involve changing the water pressue and it was not convincing to me that it would work. The price estimated was a lot lower than other contractors, but I just did not believe the process.

No problems. Just hard work and hard digging.

This was basically a sales/estimate for $49. The technician took a look at my attic and basement. He was knowledgeable and spent time explaining the concept of air sealing and had me look at a quick video and provided some information that went into more detail. However, this was information that I was familiar with, so did not really learn much. I was provided a quote for air sealing the basement and attic and adding insulation to the attic...again, i knew these items were needed as i had been provided this information for FREE by another contractor and had researched this on government websites. The quote i was given was much more than my other quote even though there was $500 taken off the cost. I came to find out that the $500 credit towards home efficiency products is only when a large efficiency "package" is purchases. What kind of a deal is that Angie! I definitely do not feel that Angie's List should be selling this as a Big Deal, which are usually pretty good deals, this is not. i received no value for the $49. It's ironic that Angie's List was established to protect the consumer and now they are enabling this type of rip off. Of note is the fact that one of the items recommended in my "energy package" was a radiant barrier installed in the attic. I did some research on this and energy.gov indicates that it only reduces heat gain in the summer and is only cost effective in warm climates (florida, Texas, etc.) the salesperson immediately took it off the estimate without offering any defense as to why he would recommend it for Cleveland in the first place since the cost of this one item was hundreds of dollars. The company should not be telling people to get this product. This is very unprofessional and dishonest. Beware!
