ABSOLUTE PEST CONTROL

Highly recommend. We had a swarm of winged paver ants and it was determined that a colony was in our wall. Absolute pest came within an hour after my call and took care of the problem. They even gave us a 1 year warranty. I left a message the day after the treatment because I had a question and they called me back even though they were closed (on the fourth of July!). Great customer service and we haven't seen an ant for days.

I called Absolute yesterday and they were able to come to my house today. We scheduled the appointment for 11:30 and they were in the driveway waiting for me when I showed up at 11:30. Travis (our tech) was extremely professional. He explained what he was going to do and also explained their guarantee. He removed the nest, sprayed so they would not return. When was finished, he then walked me through what he did and where to call if they come back. Compared to the other guys, they gave me a full 12 month guarantee. Travis was excellent. Not sure if everyone else is as good but their customer service was excellent. They called me back within an hour of my initial call AND came out the next day. I only wish they could fix everything else that is broken around my house.

I had heard critters in the attic and it was found to be mice. After speaking with Brad a few times, and him answering lots of questions regarding what I could expect, I committed to the work. Greg was the technician, and able to see me the next day. He was very professional and prompt (arrived at the beginning of their 1 1/2 hour window). He explained everything before he went upstairs, showed me the packets, how many to be thrown and the number of animals typically treated per bag. They gave a 6 month guarantee and said to call them if any problems arise. He also walked me around outside of my house to look for and show me typical entry spots so that I can try to block them myself, or they will if you prefer to pay for that service. (They said Important to wait about two weeks after treatment to block entry sites to not trap baited mice inside.) At this point I am happy with their prompt, knowledgeable and courteous service. ( just completed today)

Everything went well. The person who came out, Travis, was very nice, thorough and professional! He explained what he felt was the best way to treat the situation and then explained what we should do going forward! I would definitely recommend Absolute Pest Control to others!

He arrived on time. He was nice and courteous. He was informative & explained to me what he was going to do. It took only about 30 minutes and I haven't had any problems with the bee's since. This was my fourth time using him and they are always professional. The owner is a very gentleman.

They rocked! Came out within 24 hrs, with a two-man crew. That allowed them power sprayed the outside while treating the inside which saved lots of time. Will definitely be using them again!

They had to come out again for a second treatment. They were very nice when they came out to do the treatment and we have not had any issues whatsoever. They came out the same day, which was really nice. I did not compare their price with any other companies.

It was fine and he was were very professorial. He explained everything to my wife, and we were very very happy with them. He showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. They didn’t try to sell us anything that we didn’t need or want.

Chuck was super nice and right on time. He treated all of the baseboards with a child/pet friendly product (as child/pet friendly as chemicals get, at least) and said to expect around 3 weeks to see the bug population die off. We're seeing lots of centipedes, spiders and other little crawlers in the house. In the fall we see bigger spiders, which make my heart skip a beat. He also treated the entire outside of the house along the foundation and into the basement. In the garage he set bait for the mice (we see droppings out there) as well as the basement. Basically, the mice eat the bait and then search for water and go outside to die. If they were to die in your home, all you have to do is call! He'll return in the Spring and spray the entire house as well as the summer for yellow jackets and such. They also treat the playground for carpenter bees, which were a problem this past summer. I was really looking for some sort of service that we could use to prevent all of this from happening and I found it in the shield program. I also like that I can call them if I see any activity and it's all under warranty. I wonder if they'll come kill spiders for me??? I did a lot of calling around, and their price was the most reasonable. Super-professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. Hopefully all the treatment works!

When I initially called to make an appointment I spoke to an answering service. I then received a call within the hour from the owner. I explained to the owner about our yellow jacket issue and was told someone would be able to come out to my house the next day. I expressed my concern as I have pets and was afraid they may be stung as the yellow jackets were getting into the house. The owner was able to work me into the schedule the same day, and I was told a service tech would be at my home between 12-2pm. I made sure I was home, but no one ever showed up or called. I phoned the next morning and reported the no-show to the answering service. The owner called me back within the hour and felt absolutely terrible saying that the message for some reason never went through to the service technician. The owner apologized to me and for my trouble told me he would discount my service, as he wanted to do everything in his power to make it right. A service tech came to my home that day and treated the yellow jacket nest on the roof near our attic opening. The tech was very pleasant and professional and got the job done. I would definitely deal with this company again, as customer service appears to be their number one priority.

I can't begin to tell you how thrilled we are with their service!!! We woke up Sunday morning to have hundreds of bees inside our house (no exaggeration). Apparently we had 6 large yellow jackets nests and some of the bees had found a way to get inside our house in the middle of the night. I called Absolute Pest Control (in a bit of a panic!) and they called back right away. Their technician, Chuck, was there within 1.5 hours, even though it was very early Sunday morning and he lived over 30 minutes away. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and really put our minds at ease. Since it just happened this morning, the bees aren't completely gone, but we're confident that they will be soon. We highly recommend Absolute Pest Control and we will definitely call them in the Spring when the carpenter bees come!

Quick response on a Sunday from the provider. Phone call back within minutes of leaving message. Scheduled service quickly on the phone and was given price. Provider showed up on time, performed service, and left invoice. Very hassle free. Will definitely use again.

The technician was very friendly and polite, however, the bees just dug the filler back out and have re-infested. Luckily, the work was guaranteed so I will be calling to have something else done. Also, I was quoted approx. $95 for a "spot treatment' which I was told would be just the treatment where the bees had been drilling (our front foyer window) but I was charged for much more than that; I was actually charged $150 but I had a coupon from Angie's List. I should have questioned the work/cost at that point but I did not. My mistake for not saying something at the moment of billing.

Always a fantastic response from this company. From setting up the appointment to the actual visit and any interaction in between this team has it together. Never thought I'd be raving about pest control but they are impressive! This is out third year using the company.
