This "repair" involved creating a custom "cricket" to divert water around my chimney. The aluminum cricket was skillfully crafted and installed. In my opinion, the fact that my "unusual" job was completed so successfully sets this company apart from its competition. Even though we had an unexpected early snow, the job was completed as promised. I would definitely recommend this company and will call them again in the future.

The service guys were prompt and very thorough. He explained what he was doing and why. The problem wasn't solved yet. My pilot light is still going out, but it appeared to be working fine when the service guy was here. I will be calling them back. I believe I need a part replaced.

UNSCRUPULOUS- BUYERS BEWARE! Worst contractor ever. Quoted $1800 of unnecessary work for flue options I wasn't interested in. Rescheduled multiple times. Quoted crown seal job. When technician appeared, jacked up the price $500 to build up a concrete crown. I said OK. Still waiting. Worse yet - I rejected several good quotes ! AWFUL . . .
