They did good work

Originally we called Moseley's to clean our wood stove insert and chimney. Our stove was so old (40+), that by today's standards it was not connected properly let alone safe to burn anything in. Therefore no one would clean it for insurance liability issues. Moseley's technician left information and catalogs with us, no high pressure sales, just good old fashioned info. After checking a few sources we called Moseley's and ordered a wood stove insert. The following week it was installed. Their employees were professional, worked quietly, cleaned up the area and left us with very helpful information about 1st time usage, etc.

The tech who came out to clean and inspect the fireplace was knowledgeable and courteous. He was prompt, and after inspecting the fireplace was honest about the fact that it really didn't need a sweep, so I was only charged for the inspection.

They didn't force an option that they recommended to have completed and it was under the price that they thought it was going to be. They were aware of new carpet very clean they did a great job.

Was responsive to my inquiry. Came within 48 hours to look at work to be performed and provided an estimate. Arrived when he said he would and completed the job in a timely manner. Mr Moseley was very friendly and professional.

The technician was very professional. Explained all procedures and recommendations.

Company got back with me quickly. Told me the price of service. Appointment was made in a timely manner. Technician was very nice and helpful. I liked that he handed me his business card and introduced himself as soon as he got out of his truck.He pointed out some issues that we were not aware of. Gave great tips and suggestions about our fireplace. Cleaned the chimney but did not make a mess! I appreciated that. Will call them again iI the future if necessary. Would recommend them ..definitely.

My wife and I are completely happy with the gas fireplace insert that we bought from Moseley Masonry and Chimney. Dwight the installer was very professional and courteous. Dwight was very knowledgeable on the product line as well. Great company and we highly recommend them!
