Excellent work cleaning and resetting our gas logs; also adjusting the burner. A few reschedules due to severe winter weather but we're happy with the outcome.

Mr Mosley was always been prompt and courteous. He quoted a reasonable cost and schedule to replace our old fireplace with a new more efficient one. He also provided us two options based on what I was looking for. The install was performed by Bob, Chad, and Dave along with Mark. All work was professional. Due to the difficulty in finding the surrounding brick paneling which I had before, I needed to find and provide the paneling, but Mr Moseley adjusted the final bill accordingly. The work site was cleaned up and I am very happy with the work done. I highly recommend this company.!!!

Although it was not immediately evident... soon after the cleaning of the flue was completed, we noticed a fine black film on all of the countertop and furniture surfaces. If we moved an object or touched a surface with our hands a black smudge appeared. This dust was limited to the family room and kitchen area. I can only assume the vacuum used had belched this dust back into the air in the affected rooms.

The chimney sweeper from Moseley Masonry and Chimney Sweep Inc was the best Service Magic experience we've had yet. I've used service Magic for years, over 15 projects. The sweeper was prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, tidy, extremely informative, top quality, and he even went above and beyond to make our chimney insert look and great by giving it a fresh coat of paint just because! I would highly recommend Moseley Masonry and Chimney Sweep.

My fireplace gas insert was installed several months ago...was supposed to come with polished nickle hardware. Also, needed a new main valve (on a BRAND NEW STOVE). Here it is, March and I am still waiting on parts. I have not even had a chance to use the fireplace during the winter. Work wass good and service tech was very professional. I don't understand the delay in getting parts for a brand new insert.and receiving a call back is impossible.

We were pleased with the service, friendliness and professionalism. We will definitely be using the service again.

I've probably gotten about 8 bids, and these guys seemed best for the job I wanted done and the money. A lot of the bidders want you to do the job THEY want you to do, not the job You want done. All of the Mosely Group are very good people, with no neck tattoo's, too.
