Description of Work: They went above and beyond to move us to another state all together. From dropping off boxes, paper, tape weeks in advance through the unloading they were courteous and professional. It was our fist experience using professional movers and we were not disappointed.

Description of Work: Each time I use these guys the actual move is fairly smooth. However, each time there was logistical, communication, or confusion that appears to stem from between their management and the actual workers. Frustrating, but bearable.

Description of Work: Moved my home furnishings to a new residence, including my grand piano. Very punctual and efficient. No wasting of time. Careful and willing to change placement in new residence if requested.

Description of Work: Moved me from my house to an apartment. They were incredibly efficient and thorough. I will use them for future moves.

Description of Work: Provided moving services for local move. Their people were professional, courteous and very hard working. Completed the move at a cost equal to their estimate. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We used 1 truck and 3 guys for our move. They showed up on time and at first we didn't know what to expect but within a few minutes we felt comfortable and were happy with the overall experience. They were quick, efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. Would recommend for any move.

Description of Work: Could never get a response from them for a quote. Finally just went with another carrier that was very responsive. Stevens World Wide Van Lines was who I went with.

Description of Work: They were going to provide labor to load furnature into my truck. I did not end up needing them but they were prompt, curtious and professional in their arranging details and calling back to confirm that they got the cancellation message.

Description of Work: Showed up on time, moved everything as directed very carefully , took care not to scratch/DAMAGE FURNITURE OR WALLS, EXCELLENT JOB, WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANYONE.

Description of Work: I was moving from an apartment 14 floors up to another apartment 9 floors up in downtown Toledo. The problem was a couch that could not be taken in the elevator because it was too big. The two guys that came to move me where very understanding and started the day taking the big couch down 13 flights of stairs. For some reason the Chiller unit in the apartment was not working right and the building was hot to say the least. They did not loose a step. The guys worked hard and at a steady pace. While at the new place everything was going great until the couch needed moved up the nine flights of stairs. It was worse than the other place. The couch would not fit in the apartment door way because of a closet outside that was no longer in use. Its was upsetting and we were all frustrated. The movers were tired and it was a hot muggy day and we were all soaking wet. After I had given up on the couch and just left it in the hall one of the movers Alec took it upon himself to stop in the office and ask if there was something maintenance could do to help up. I was tired and asked if we could just call it a day and settle my bill. Just as I wrote my check and signed my papers the maintenance guys came up and told us a way to get the couch upstairs in one of the bedrooms. On their own time the movers Alec and Zack took the couch up the back stairs. They were two class act kids and very professional. I only gave a B rating for professionalism because of a tiff the two movers had towards the end but considering the day and how hot and the ups and downs I surely overlooked that. I would recommend them for anyone needing movers. Great job. Thanks Alec and Zach.
