What we thought was going to be a simple repair to our exterior trim, turned out to be a way bigger job than we expected. When Sherron Brown pulled off the trim piece, he found water behind our siding and black rotting plywood. He and his crew explained everything and what would be needed to fix it, and rather than scheduling a new time to come out, fixed it all in one day. They did a great job, fixed everything correctly, and were super friendly while doing it. I would gladly hire them again.

great communication to answer questions, scheduling. I had a problem with a leak in my kitchen& they followed up with an inspection & repair to the flat roof installed.

Every Integrity staff member that came to my home was very polite, helpful, and professional. Phone reps very nice and helpful as well. I was notified of the arrival time as well as when the job was completed and an option to give my opinion . If needed , I will use Integrity again and recommend to others.
