They did a pickup and storage. They were reasonable for what we needed, on time, and the process was quick.

Their customer service is amazing. The website was easy to use and everyone I have interacted with there has been fabulous. I changed my mind about the size I could fit in my driveway the evening before it arrived and they were able to make the change quickly and called to confirm. The agent who delivered it and picked it up was extremely polite and considerate of my neighbors.

POD delivered 5/15, packed on 5/16, and picked up on 5/17 as scheduled and at the appointed time.

It was great! We were having our hardwood floors redone so they took all of the furniture off the hardwood floors and put it in the pod. They bring the pod down, they ask you exactly where you want it to be put, and they put it where you ask them to. I believe you are charged by the week. When you are finished with it, you call them and they will come pick it up. They will move it to where you want them to. I think they even have their own storage place. If you just want to store things, you fill it up and they will come and pick it to their storage place. They do what they say. One of the things that sticks in my mind is we have a very difficult driveway to navigate and they didn't damage any of our landscaping. I heard so much about them that was why I used them. I was happy with them.

Everything was on schedule and very professional. Moving costs were reasonable (about $1200 total for moving), but storage in Streetsboro was expensive at $285 per month. I finally moved the contents to a local storage unit closer to my home in Akron and I'm now paying less than half of that. I was moving much of the contents of my mother's house and it was nice to be able to fill the pod over a period of time. This approach served my purposes well and was probably less expensive to move than using a standard moving company, plus it gave me much for time.

I tried to get an online quote and schedule a POD for use as storage here at my home while I prepare for moving. In the course of the online quote I get a message in red saying I needed to contact them. I opened an online chat, and was told to enter another drop off day. I did this, and the quote that came up with a different delivery charge than listed on the website. I can't remember who I chatted with - sorry - but in the course of the chat I got two emails with quotes. This was before I even finished the process of requesting a quote. One email had an even higher pickup charge, and the other raised the drop off charge. Today I got an email from Ed McCrady, owner of the PODS of Northeast Ohio, telling me of a special, and saying that I would get the best price online. I thought I understood the process better and tried for another quote online. During the process I opened up a chat box to inquire if I would need a permit to have the pod on my driveway. Jason (I think) told me to finish the online quote process before he could answer, and he would stand by while I did that. Again, while I was in the process of requesting a quote, another quote came in my email, this time with the pickup charge another $50 more than the one from last night. I have never even fully gone through the quote request process and yet have gotten 4 estimates via email, each one with different prices. I do not trust these people to honor any quote at all because they change without me even finishing the request! I can't believe that they have gotten such great reviews. I am shocked that instead of being encouraged to phone in order to have more personal contact and straighten things out, I was told by Ed and during last night's chat that reserving online would give me the best price. I am still reeling from the yo-yo pricing, the mystery email quotes, and discouragement of personal contact.

Everything went well as promised. Time frame stayed in scheduled We would recommend this moving option.

We pay $100 a month. We had to go and get our snow blower when it started snowing so it is available. We just had to call and they got it down for us so we could get into it and get things that we needed. They delivered it when they said they would.

They're prompt, it's easy, and really cheap. You're not going to get a deal like this anywhere else.
