Brandon Heating and Air Conditioning

For a variety of reasons that are no reflection on Brandon, we did not have them install our HVAC system, but I think they are an excellent company and I feel certain they would do excellent work. Mike came to our house and did a very thorough job of measuring all the rooms and explaining to me the different furnace and AC options. He was patient and thorough and very knowledgeable. I like the fact that Brandon is a Carrier supplier, as I was looking for a top rated brand. Their price was not the lowest but it was competitive. I will definitely consider them for future projects.

WOW!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. After I discovered my furnace was not staying on, I called Brandon Heating & Cooling, and within minutes they were sending a technician within the hour. Jeremy the technician was quick, knowledgable and fixed the problem. Jeremy even took time out to call me at work to explain what he fixed and how to up keep it in the future. I WILL BE USING THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE FOR ANY OTHER FURNANCE PROBLEMS. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY!

Junior showed up to do my annualy furnace inspection and found that the heat exchanger was going to need replaced. He checked the warranty on the unit and found that it was due to expire shortly but that the parts would still be covered. He replaced the unit and I have not had any trouble since. I have found Brandon's (and Junior's) services and professional manner very much appreciated.

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. We discovered it the next morning. I called and left a message and immediately got a call back. A repairman was here within 30 minutes. The ignitor needed replacing. I was given a discount because of using Angie's list. The piece cost 161.00 and the emergency diagnostic charge was 125.00. In all it was 286.00 and well worth it! This is a great company I will use in the future!

The service technician is always prompt and professional. Willing to take the time to answer any questions. Comfortable having him in my home. We have used this company for many years and have had no problems. Good company!

The service was prompt and the office was very courteous and helpful. Given the extreme cold temperature, I told her we needed someone to come out ASAP. She said someone could be here within two hours. I said O.K. and within 15 minutes received a call to advise that the technician will arrive within the next half-hour. He arrived within about 20 minutes. He was extremely professional and courteous. He explained the diagnosis and the repair. Great Service! Great Price! I will definitely use them again.

They are reliable and on time. They call in advance. They are punctual. They do what they say they are gonna do and they write it all in receipts telling you everything they have done. If there’s a problem, a supervisor or someone will call and discuss what is wrong. I think they’re great.

They weren't very responsive, and it was difficult to get ahold of them. It was also difficult to schedule a time for the service, and they failed to call me when they didn't show up for our initial appointment. They did do a good job with the tune up, however.

I have used them for quite a few years and they are very good. When they come out there is no charge because it is covered under my maintenance contract.

Their pricing was fair and their work was expedient. It was done when it was supposed to be. They come and service everything for me twice a year. I have a contract. Their prices were very competitive.

They did what they're supposed to do. Everything worked out well. They showed up on time, the left the workplace clean, so it was a positive experience.

The technician arrived in the scheduled time given (10-11 am). He was clean and well spoken. We went down to the basement where he told me what he was going to do to service the air conditioner. He discussed filter options with me and made sure I had the correct size to purchase new filters when necessary. He spent about 45 minutes cleaning and servicing the unit. He explained what we could do to keep our upstairs cooler. (Our home is holder and doesn't have return exchanges for the heating/cooling). This company also honored a coupon that was on Angie's list (though it had expired)...Love that!! I would definitely use Brandon Heating and Cooling again.

Ipurcahsed this servcie three years ago through Angie's List and have been using them ever since. They are very professional and punctual with their appoints.

Air contioning Unit was replaced with unit of my choise after getting estimates from other contractors,I have been dealing with Brandon Heating for over ten years. I am very happy with their work.

They came out and diagnosed the problem and did the work and I think they did a really good job. They're pretty upfront and give you your options and there's no pressure. I had five different guys here at different times and I was joking with them and everybody was relaxed and were professional because I'm the type of person who would stand over them and watch everything they do and ask questions.

The technician had to cancel on the originally scheduled date due to illness. However, they rescheduled me for the next morning. The next morning, the tech was running late, but did call to let me know he was on his way and apologized for his tardiness. I appreciated his courtesy. Upon arrival, he checked the humidifier and quickly located the problem. He had the parts on hand and was able to repair the unit in about 15 minutes. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend Brandon. I have used them before and have always been satisfied.

Everything went smooth. I called Brandon when our furnace stopped working. They were out the next day, found a cracked igniter, replaced and were gone. The furnace has been working fine since their visit.

I called in to set up an appointment for heater maintenance. A real person answers their phones, no automated voice w/ choices. That's always nice. They quickly handled getting an appt. time that worked with our schedule. The service person showed up on time, was polite and completed their work in a timely manner. As it turned out, they had forgotten to check our humidifier. We called in, and they apologized and immediately sent someone out to check it out. No problems. After this, they came out for a maintenance check on the a/c unit. Again, friendly service person who gave us some helpful info. on the life of our unit.

Air conditioning and heating units were checked and cleaned. They also check the outside unit and cleaned it. Employee was professional and polite
