Description of Work: Bought the Big Deal 4/17/13; called provider on Friday, 4/19 to schedule 1st treatment. Scott said he'd call back first thing Monday, 4/22 to schedule. He did not call Monday so I called him again later that week and left a message; no response. Called again the next week and left a message, no response. Called again Monday, 5/6, and left a message. Scott called me late that day and said his wife, Sherry, would call me the next morning to schedule service. He'd been 'slammed' with calls so she was to schedule all his appts. I did not hear from her the next day as promised and, as of today, Friday, 5/10, have not heard back from her or Scott. I called Angie's List to cancel this Big Deal and get my money back.

Description of Work: Scott came to my home and inspected it for entry points that mice were using. He found them quickly and plugged the holes. Haven't heard a mouse in the wall since. We signed up for an annual contract with Scott. He was very professional and does great work!

+ -1 moreI called and set up an appointment for Friday afternoon and Scott arrived at time we agreed to. He addressed the bee nests that I had and then sprayed the whole house to prevent any future issues.
Description of Work: I had a few areas of concern with bees and hired Scott to come out and not only address the bee nests but also provide a full house service. He took care of those 3 nests and sprayed the entire house to prevent future issues. He was very professional and I would highly recommend Scott and his company Defense Pest Control.

Description of Work: Natural products for ants and millipedes. Took care of the inside of every room and went around the outside and will be coming back to do the outside again in mid April.

We just had a baby and because of this, Scott was nice enough to give us a discount on our service! I highly recommend this company. The job he does is very thorough & you can't beat the price!
