Description of Work: Work to be done was to waterproof foundation, excavating to footers, clean and reseal walls with latex and ironite fortified cement plaster and coat foundation with tar. Install internal grout and rebar cores in rear walls to stabilize cracked areas. Remove and discard shrubs, excess soil and debris. Replace drain tiles and storm lines with 35 PVC, stone fill within one foot of grade and then topsoil. New window wells and install 3' walkway and new concrete top on front porch. Also, for an additional $1550, a mason to come in and build new front stoop with block footers, new brick sides and step.

Description of Work: I received an estimate to replace my concrete driveway and path to front door. M.L. Scott and Son's was prompt and professional with their visit and estimate. Ultimately, I decided to use another company that is based in North Olmsted to keep the business in my community.

Overall the project went great!
Description of Work: Waterproofing done on front of house and 8' along the side of the house. Had good running equipment and digging down 8' done in a professional manner. Took care to protect grass with plywood and dug up only bushes necessary to complete the job. Workers friendly and worked very hard with minimal breaks. Drain tile and lime stone done well. Used fast drying sealer on outside wall and adequate amount of black tar. Cleaned grass and driveway nicely. Would definitely recommend this company for any basement waterproofing.
