Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Technicare is always polite and professional, when they arrange our service appointments. A crew of 2 guys arrived on time. They called and gave me a heads-up about 30 minutes ahead of time. All work was done professionally. They moved the furniture that needed moving before cleaning. Afterward, they put styrofoam pads under the furniture where necessary to allow the carpet to dry before coming into contact with the wooden legs or any similar item that could result in a stain. The carpet was nice and clean when done. They explained how long it would take to dry, and when it would be okay to move items back, etc.. Would hire again.

The guys showed up on time. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. My windows sparkled and they left no mess behind at all. One of the best home maintenance experiences that I have ever had! They have a lot more services to offer and I will definitely go back to them for my future needs as well as recommend them to friends.

The service was prompt, friendly and thorough. They were in and out in a little over an hour. I have two dogs, and the guys from Technicare seemed to fare better at getting out stains in my carpet than other cleaners I've used previously. Would definitely book them again.

The two guys showed up on time and preformed a great job. They got out a few difficult stains. They took great care of wall and furniture corners with bumpers. They did job in a bout 1.5 hours. The cost was $129.

Technicare washed our windows inside and out and cleaned the window sills and screens at our two-story house in Clintonville. They did an excellent job, and were professional, courteous, and efficient. We've had them three times previously to do this work and each time have been super satisfied. Exemplary customer service.

I like Technicare's carpet cleaning process. I think this is the fourth time I've used them and like it that they are professional and on time. Even though they use water, the cleaned carpets are damp but not wet. I like that.

No complaints. They took the blinds back to the shop. The window crew came in while the blinds were being done. They did a decent job and left no mess (drips, splatters, etc.) like the last window cleaners we had in.

Excellent service. Gutters and downspouts cleaned and flushed thoroughly.

The whole process from scheduling, to the estimate, to the actual work being completed was outstanding. The air duct cleaning is significantly more thorough than the companies who use a vacuum hose to clean the vents. This process is worth paying the extra money for. This company also offers a great referral program, loyalty program, and other ways to earn credit for future services. I will definitely use this company again. The only thing I would recommend is that they begin accepting credit cards for added convenience and flexibility.

It wasn't their fault, it didn't help, but we didn't know it at the time, but our gutters were broken. It took them may 30 minutes, maybe 45 minutes to complete the service. The workers that I came in contact with were fine.
