Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Job well gone. Although this service does require someone to be home,Mike and Eric called prior to arrival their arrival. The price is a little high, I'll wait for a promotion next time.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I had contact with at Technicare. The price was very competitive. They cleaned the gutters, and flushed them as well down the street and even cleaned my skylight for nothing. They accommodated my schedule and were great to work with. I will have them back in the spring to replace/repair some window screens. I am glad they do all sorts of home maintenance work and they will be my "go to" company!

The representative came out on time, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave us several prices to pick from, depending on what we wanted cleaned. We agreed on the set price for inside & out cleaning on all windows, storm windows, screens, and sills. A very big job for my wife and me, several of the windows had never been cleaned on the outside for I could not reach them. The day of the cleaning, Delaniny and Dakota called when they would be at our house, on the day of the service. They arrived on time, friendly and introduced themselves. They immediately went to work, moving furniture, and curtains and removed the screens. They were very professional and meticulously the whole time they worked. They were also very careful not to break anything. When they were done all the glass on the inside shined and it had never been that clean. They then went to the outside and started to work. The windows had never looked this good and the screens were so clean they disappeared when they were installed again. When Delaniny and Dakota were done they cleaned up everything and moved the furniture back into its original position. They left all the glass in the house, there is a lot, exceptionally clean. We were very pleased with their professionalism and hard work. This is a wonderful company to work with and we will be using them again.

They are fantastic! We have had them many times over 8 years. Their workers are the most considerate, conscientious and capable group every single time. It might be a different crew but they are wonderful. Pricing is good and the company is very reliable no problems!!

The appointment was scheduled at my convenience. Technicians called just prior to arrival and were prompt. They worked together and were done within an hour. Furniture was moved and replaced. The carpets looked great and were only slightly damp when they finished.

They were such nice young men, very experienced and knowledgeable, careful with protecting baseboards, and very clean. They took a long time cleaning the upholstery, very, very thorough and the sofas look amazing! The carpet looks like new. Beautiful job!

Screens were put in backward and because of that the piece of the window frame that holds the screen was broken for one window and chips of the plastic were taken out of other screen holders. The kids did return to put the screens in correctly, BUT my big problem is that the company that made the windows has gone out of business and I cannot find replacement holders for the screens. I do not live in Indian Hills. I am north of there.

Removed shoes upon entering our home. Cleaned our windows inside and out thoroughly-they look awesome! Cleaned our screens too, and French doors. Jay and James were very careful to move furniture and things out of the way while they cleaned, and carefully put things back. We had a lack of communication about what to do with the screens after they were cleaned-we wanted them left out to store for winter (were told previously by company that we should to prolong screen life and help keep windows cleaner) but they replaced them. We caught them before they put them back in on second floor. Jay advised us that we had 2 broken seals on bathroom windows(good info to know) and also gave a suggestion about how to clean the "old" glass in French doors better.

The carpet in the basement had not been cleaned for several years. It had many old stains. The crew did a great job of cleaning and the carpet looks great. The stains came out better than I had expected. They were very careful with their equipment. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly. They were very polite and friendly.

They were prompt, professional, and did an outstanding job. The carpets look great. The transformation of the car (cloth seats) was amazing -- we have 3 boys and there were stains I did not think were coming out! The interior went from shabby and dirty to nearly fresh-off-the-lot new. Wow! I sure will use Technicare again!

They did a great job, but it was a little pricey since they charge a flat rate for their services but it is extremely thorough.

They’re impressive, very careful to ensure they don’t have any equipment ruin the cleaning or the carpet. Additionally they are extremely detailed about scheduling, you know the amount of time the service will take, and they follow up prior to the appointment. They ensure their operation runs like clockwork.

They are a really good operation. It seemed pricey initially, but it included both inside/outside of the windows, the frames, and screens. They look brand new.

I have had Technicare clean my windows for years. They are very professional and do an outstanding job! My windows sparkle! When I do them, they streak! They always come in a timely manner and get right to work. They move furniture if applicable and I have never had any damage. They are very careful of my landscaping. I have some very high windows and they have no trouble cleaning them.

Technicare is the only service provider I call for carpet cleaning services. Over the years, they have provided the best service and education for keeping my carpets clean and removing stains. The service technicians are polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I get a confirmation email when the appointment is made, and five days before the service visit. I received an email on the date of the service letting me know the name of lead technician and confirming the time of arrival. In the same email was a link for completing the survey. The lead technician called me 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know when to expect them. They arrived on time. They were familiar with the details of my order and accepted my "technicare cash" even though I had not mentioned it when I made my appointment. As part of the areas, they included the carpet in the walk-in closet in the master bedroom and a runner in the living room. At the end of the visit, the lead technician provided instructions for me on carpet drying and how to preserve the protectant applied. He also cautioned me to be careful when walking from carpet from floor since the sole of my slippers would be wet from the carpets. I will definitely call Technicare again, and I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning as well as several other services, such as window cleaning, screen repair and mobile car detailing.

Very happy with the service--- staff is friendly, prompt and very professional. They are careful of the home and furnishings. I especially liked the dryness on the carpet when they were done versus the wet carpets left by other companies.

We keep adding services with Technicare because we never receive anything other than exceptional service and results!!

Use Technicare for my windows every spring. They always show up on time, are courteous and do a great job.

The two young men were on time and very professional. Prior to starting the detail procedure, we walked around the car just to check it out and was told there were some marks and scratches that would, obviously, not be able to be removed with the process, which I understand perfectly. They did a great job of cleaning and polishing the car inside and out and now it looks great. Every little nook and cranny was cleaned. I will definitely be having the car detailed again.

It went well also, this one did end up costing more money, I had them do the 1st floor. The prices were quite reasonable. Cleaned about 30 windows inside and out. I would use them again.

As usual Technicare did an outstanding job. The carpets look great and they worked very hard to get the tough pet stains and ice tea stains out. I like the way they protect my house and furniture before they start to work and inform me of any issues that may occur, especially any furniture legs that may "bleed" on the wet carpet. Also they suggested turning the ceiling fans on to speed up the drying.

Technicare from the estimate to their cleaning people were all very professional and very organize in keeping us informed when and what time they were going to perform all the work. It's so nice to deal with a company that's very professional and courteous to their customers. The windows and blinds are so clean beyond my expectations. They might not be the cheapest, but they are the best in what they do from the office staff to their tech's in the field,

It was very good and I would use them again.
