Technicare Carpet Cleaning

We had used Technicare in the past for window cleaning and were very impressed. Having large dogs in the past, kids, grand children and 2 Newfoundlands now, the furniture really needed help. This time we needed 1 couch, 2 love seats and 3 cushion chairs professionally cleaned. Michael and Delaney, from Technicare, called first and then showed up on time. They were very pleasant and professional. They introduced themselves and went right to work. My wife and I were very surprised how hard they worked and how much they paid attention to detail. The furiture had never been cleaned professionally and it needed help. After 4 hours of cleaning, the furiture all looks like new and the smell is so fresh. While constantly working Michael and Delaney were very friendly and talkative. It was nice to see people who knew their job and love what they were doing. After all their work they ceaned up, leaving the house as they found it with very clean upholstery. Once again, thank you Technicare for what you do and the nice people that work for you.

I have used Technicare for 9 years. For: window cleaning, blind cleaning, screen cleaning and upholstery cleaning. This company is the ultimate in excellence because: a. Courteous and professional b. punctual. c. call and notify 30 minutes before arrival d. priced well e techs are ultra helpful in moving things that need to be out of the wa etc. I would use no other. Technicare does my carpet cleaning every 3 months.

As always, Technicare provided excellent service and quality work. Matthew and TJ were very punctual, polite, informative, and helpful. The work was performed in a very thorough and careful manner. I have used Technicare many times for carpet cleaning and would not consider having anyone else do it. I also have them clean my windows every year. What a treat! The blinds were cleaned last year and what a difference! I highly recommend Technicare for any of the services they provide.

Once I've found them and went with them the first time, I tend to repeat. They are a smaller company. It is not a franchise group and they are local. They have been very prompt and professional. They are very good on customer service; if you have any questions or anything. They will even e-mail you on confirmations and let you know ahead of time when they are coming.

Perfect. I have used them several times over the past couple of years to clean my carpets. While their pricing may be slightly higher than other carpet cleaning companies, their professionalism, punctuality, technicians and the job that they do, is quite worth it.

They were very prompt, polite and professional with the estimate and service. I was selling my house and the windows looked great when they were done. Will probably use them periodically at my new residence.

Originally scheduled Thanksgiving week but weather got bad and they were unable to come until mid Dec. They kept me posted on when they would be able to get work done and did a fine job when they came.

We use Technicare once a twice a year for a thorough cleaning. We are always pleased with the results and are usually happy with the professionalism of staff.

I called them on Dec. 23rd and they were able to come on the 24th. They arrived exactly on time. The techs looked very clean and neat, and did not smell like smoke. They were very professional, informative, respectful and courteous. They really worked hard to get the stains out of the carpet and did an exceptional job. It looked like new carpet when they finished. A couple of the areas I had them clean were very small, and they went above and beyond, and cleaned the carpet in my master bathroom also.

This is the quality of work that I have been looking for ever since the man who had cleaned our carpets for 12 years went out of business. They did an excellent job and deserve an A+ rating. I would recommend them unconditionally.

Great Job ! Have never used this type of service and was pleased from start to finish ! They had to delay job one day due to weather but called and scheduled for first thing the next morning and were here promptly. Worked quickly checking with me for clarification on what I wanted. Allowed me to change a few minor things. Neighbors have raved about my lights and I am very happy. E-mail communications with the company were very effective from referral through billing. Will definitely use this company again next year !!!!!

They were very thorough. I moved out a lot of furniture prior to their arrival and they told me that was not necessary in the future, that they will move all furniture. The carpets continue to look good, after a month, and we have had a lot of company, with small children and pets. They are more expensive than previous companies we have used but they do a much better job and are worth the difference in price.

They did not do it all at one time, which I would have liked to have had done but each step was completely thoroughly. All three crews were excellent. They were a little late arriving but called and let me know each time. They did a beautiful job. I was very pleased with the amount of money they had charged me. I have had it done before by a different company and they charged me quite a bit more but didn't do nearly as good of a job.

every thing is clean and smelling fresh. They were able to take care of some pet accidents so that they no longer can be seen or smelled. I have used Technicare for years now and the service is always top rate. Never any complaints. I have had them clean my windows and my upholstery with the same excellent results as I have had with the carpet cleaning.

The initial contact went very well. Vickie set up an estimate appointment and confirmed it via email. David arrived and provided a written estimate. Unfortunately the estimate didn't explain the detail of the work to be done ... just "gutter cleaning". I assumed it was a quote for 4 units (2 buildings, side-by-side). It turned out to be a quote for just 2 units (1 building). It was my mistake by not requesting a more detailed statement of work. We accepted the quote with the understanding the work would be done as weather permitted. A 2 person team arrived yesterday and cleaned one of the units. They did a fine job, including cleaning of the street drains. As they started to leave I asked about the other building ... that's when the estimate confusion became evident. The cleaning team apologized for the confusion and asked what they could do to make things right. They cleaned the 2nd building for a reduced price. The team was polite, thorough and careful in their work and noted a few areas that needed attention (a broken street drain and a bent gutter).

This is the second year I've had Technicare come out to do all of our windows. They answer the phone promptly, schedule efficiently, call to remind of an upcoming appointment, they're very specific about what is and is not included in the job for which they have contracted to perform, and in both cases the young professionals who did the work have been prompt, very thorough, competent, polite, and helpful. I can heartily recommend them and fully intend to use their services in the future.

Great! Everything from scheduling thru to completion went as expected. Have used Technicare in the past and will use them again. I'll continue to refer my friends to Technicare.

It was great. The cleaners called before they came, came on time, were here a short time & still did a great job on the carpets. I have had Technicare clean my carpets before and I will calll them again.
