Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Aaron and Chris were very polite and professional. They arrived when promised. The primary reason I had the verticals cleaned is due to obvious gray discoloring on the one set of blinds as it sits in front of an air return vent. I was hoping they could at least reduce the gray color . Unfortunately, even though Aaron said he scrubbed them pretty hard, the discoloration looks exactly the same as before. He said he didn't want to use bleach for fear of changing the color completely. So, basically, I wasted $254 as the rest of the blinds didn't really look that dirty to begin with.. I was kind of hoping that the company would perhaps give me a little discount as they couldn't remove the gray stains, but Aaron didn't offer one. No coupons were available on Angie's List. Yes, these are old blinds, but neither of the men mentioned to me beforehand that they might not be able to get out the stains. So, I learned the hard way to get an estimate first and ask just what results I could expect.

They did a good job. Two people came out and it took about two hours. They were fine and I'd use them again. They were professional and you can expect good work from them.

I do not remember the real technical details about it but I remember that they did a nice job. They did not do the sills and that is the only thing that I remember that they had done but they did a very nice job on the windows. I remember coming home from work and seeing that the windows looked clean and nice. That is all that I remember and I was not home when they came out. I would probably use them again in the future depending on their price.

We had an ice build-up on the roof that somehow leaked into the wall near a gutter and came into the floor of the spare bedroom and also dripped down the wall into the office below and into our garage. They came out and found all of the wet spots on the walls in 3 different rooms and removed all of the wet drywall and insulation. They vacuumed up all of the water and cut out all of the wet padding. Then they setup blowers that ran for a few days to dry everything out. They came back later to put down replacement padding and clean the carpets in the two rooms that were affected. They did a great job and we will continue to use them for regular carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, and window cleaning!

We hired Technicare to clean our carpets again. We have used Technicare before with great satisfaction. We needed them to clean the carpets in 4 areas plus a hallway and stairway. Everything went very well from start to finish. We scheduled the appointment well in advance. Michael and Thomas showed up on the appointed day at the appointed time. They were very professional and courteous. They were very well organized and knowledgeable about their trade. They did a very thorough job cleaning the agreed-to areas. We even pointed out a spot in the bedroom that had been stained for a while and they were able to remove the stain, much to our delight. We will definitely use Technicare again.

It went very well as usual. The crew called ahead and arrived on time and finished the job in a professional and timely manner. I have used Technicare for years and have always been pleased with their crews and work. I do think the cost was pricey because other than the atrium window it is an easy job.

This is the third year I have used them for window cleaning. They arrived within their 2 hour time period with a call ahead of time. All three techs were polite and efficient. Josh has been here every time. I am able to perform many cleaning jobs we'll but window cleaning is not one of them!

Arrived on time, looked at work to be done and worked swiftly moving furniture and cleaning carpet. This team was great and when I commented that the stairs felt really wet, they vacuumed them for me again. My only complaint would be that it seemed to take the carpets an unusually long time to dry. They finished at about 3:30pm and carpets were still damp the next morning.

The project was done especially well. The work was done on time and very professionally. We have over 100 year old house with vinyl siding put on 40 years ago so it required a gentle touch which it received. They were careful mot to injure the many plants I have around the perimeter of the house. They also helped us out above and beyond the scheduled job. A few days ago the wind separated our second story gutter from the roof. We had a contractor look at it and refuse the job because of the height and electric wires in the area. When asked for an estimate for repair, James said he could fix it for us. He then proceeded to do so in a very safe manner. It took a short time and he did not charge us any additional fee. I'm happy to say that it rained last night and the rain was guttered perfectly.

I was very satisfied, this is my second time having my windows cleaned by Technicare. They are very punctual, polite and thorough. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The service went well. They were very prompt. They had some questions on the type of upholstery on the couches before they cleaned them , but they took time to research the products before proceeding with the work while also keeping me informed of their findings.

The provider arrived on time, was very professional, explained all that they had to do but did not try to sell me any other products. They also assisted me in moving the furniture that I wanted to be moved, gave booties to wear while I waited for my carpet to dry, and also gave me a product for cleaning spots.

There’s nobody better than Technicare. They are very good. They are very prompt and they always have really nice service people. They come in and do their job, and it’s always very well done. I’ve recommended them to all kinds of people. They are just very easy to schedule and they are just a nice company. They’ve been around for a while and I think they’re doing a great job. I don’t have much to compare their prices to. They work for what they get and so I think their price is fair. They are the best. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I have used Technicare for several years. They are always on time, professional and do a fantastic job. My items are always much cleaner and dry faster than with competitors. I would not use anyone else.

Arrived on time and were very professional in their discussions about some problem areas on the carpets. When they left, the carpets looked like new. Did some extra work: cleaned tile and grout in two bathrooms.

The Team called ahead as expected so I knew when they would arrive at my home. After finding out which rooms I was expecting them to clean, they engaged with the job. They ensured the wall corners were protected so the hoses wouldn't damage or dirty the corners. They offered good advice on where the carpet is showing wear and how to help get the most out of the carpet in the higher volume traffic areas. They cleaned up after themselves and even took care of an area rug in my living room where I have hardwood floors. The rug was in need of cleaning and it was obvious the Team didn't want to leave it dirty. They didn't charge me for the area rug. This is a great, customer care company. Thanks!
