Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Fantastic; Jym was very professional from beginning to end. He touched base with me throughout the job to clarify what I wanted done before he started into it; pointed out a couple of things (like loose siding) that I should keep my eyes on and answered lots of questions.

Everything went well. Talked to me about issues needing repaired.

I was truly astounded by their responsiveness (were at my house within 30 minutes at 7:30am on a friday morn). Having never been through this, I was also amazed at how quick they took action to minimize damage, fixed the problem, cleaned it, follow up, continued to monitor the problem and moisture throughout the house. Can't possibly be more satisfied by how it was handled and would highly recommend the if you are unfortunate enough to have flooding, broken pipe etc. Technicare was the key to our peace of mind, clean up and repairs. Thank you very very much.

On Wednesday a crew arrived to clean the gutters and all 2nd floor outside windows and the great room windows inside and outside. Delanie climbed up to the roof and got right to work checking and cleaning the gutters and downspouts. She even pounded in a few gutter nails that had come loose. Our windows are amazingly clear--no streaks like when I clean them! On Thursday Ray and his helper came to steam clean the traffic paths on our carpets. They look great!

It went well, the providers displaying a good sense of care to their work. The work was completed expeditiously and everyone was on time.

It was a great experience. They did good work, had the blinds returned on schedule, and even offered me free storage space until the job had been completed. The gentleman who retrieved and returned the blinds was very professional, too.

They were able to schedule the job at the last minute. It was a long job due to the amount of furniture that had to be cleaned and also because I added cleaning a car interior also at the last minute. The two man team was professional, personable, courteous and very thorough. When they saw that the job would be very time consuming, they called a supervisor to help out. The price was comparable to other cleaners and the scheduler gave me several discounts when I told her I got the referral from Angie's List. I plan on using them again for some other services. I highly recommend them. There may be cheaper cleaners out there, but I doubt the quality would be the same.

This is a con game. They advertise on this worthless site that they will clean gutters for $20 off if you pay ahead. After service I got a bill for 21.75 and they won't waive it. Not only is this not a discount, but it turns out they are way overpriced to begin with. I'll never use this company again or Angie's list. Both are a joke and a wast of money.

They were fast, punctual. The carpets were dry the next morning and the weather was really humid,which shows me that they knew what they were doing. They were very helpful about moving furniture. The process for making the appointment was very helpful as well.

Technicians called me 1 hour ahead of their arrival. They were extremely courteous and professional and did a great job cleaning our couch. They even cleaned our rug because they had to use it as a staging area for all the pieces of the couch.

This was my first negative experience with Technicare. The original service appointment was to be a combination of an estimate for whole-house window cleaning and service of a wood floor cleaning and rejuvenation on the stairs. The appointment was a fail for two reasons. 1. They forgot to estimate the windows before they left. 2. They only did an initial cleaning of the stairs, and they even removed the wood filler we had completed where the stair met the backboard (as suggested by the original estimator). However, they stopped their work before doing the rejuvenation. They said they didn't know about it, but I showed them the original estimate and told them I had received the reminder email from Technicare that morning about the complete job they were to do. Nonetheless, they left without completing the job! Unfortunately, it was two weeks before they could come back, and in that time, the stairs (now unprotected by ANY coating) were scratched by the dog, which meant even more additional repairs needed to be made. When the service techs returned, they used wood filler and stain sticks to attempt to make repairs that had originally been done before they came. (The repairs are incomplete.) Then they only did one coat of the rejuvenation. They must have known it looked terrible, because they left explaining to me how to put on a second coat and what type of muslin I needed to purchase. This was upsetting, as I hired Technicare to do the job--not do half of the job so I would have to do the rest. I called and spoke to Vicki who said the tech would call me back. When we spoke, he basically said that was how it was going to be, and he would not be putting on the finishing coat. Now I am looking at my stairs wondering when I can carve a third day out of my schedule to do something that I was told would take a single 2-hour visit. All of the time they spent, and the time I blocked out to rearrange my schedule, was not worth what the stairs look like now. They looked better or the same before Technicare came out. In addition, the two-week delay caused additional damage. UPDATE one month after final appointment. Spoke with one of the owners about the problems involving our oak stairs, and he was willing to correct the situation to our satisfaction and gave us a couple of options. Because I did not want to schedule more appointments and drag the repairs on, I opted for a reimbursement since the stairs still need to be finished by someone. I am upgrading the company (on this particular service) from a C to a B. I have always felt their carpet service was "A" quality.

Great service. Exactly what I wanted. They were punctual, efficient and friendly. I have used them before and I will use them again.

They are awesome! I have used them numerous times. They are totally involved in customer service.

They called before arriving and were very prompt, courteous and professional. Cleaning took about 90 minutes and they pointed out some issues with film on the windows, as well as scratches which could be caused by flying tree limbs. We live in a very wooded lot. I had purchased a promotional discount through Angie's List which saved some money and I still think they are a little expensive, after speaking with some friends about similar services. We have continued to use them because of the quality work.

The damage was at the peak of our porch so a long ladder was required to reach them . Two other companies which were supposed to specialize in screen repair gave me estimate one then shoed up with a 6 foot ladder to a 14 foot reach said they needed to go back and get a longer ladder then never showed up again the other just never showed up on the scheduled date and would never return calls or emails about why . I contacted Technicare and whish I had contacted them first. Their estimate was about 1/3 the price of the lowest other estimate. They shoed up as scheduled ( they even had to change some of their workers assignments to make the appointment to to some illness in the work force but did so and made the appointment. They took 2 hours to do what the other companies said was an all day job. Did a great job were very professional while they were here cleaned up after they were done . I have already contacted them about doing some other work I need done in the house and will continue to use them for any work they can do. I can see no reason to go anywhere else .

It took a long time to get the service scheduled because they do gutters when they have extra time, but once we were on the schedule, it was great. This is my son's home and it is for sale so we had a showing that was scheduled for 12:45pm. Dakota called me about 1:00pm to say they were on their way to the house. I told him the situation and he offered to hang back until the showing was complete before he pulled into the driveway and started the service. I thought this was very nice and appreciated it more than you can imagine. Once the service was completed, he called to explain what they saw, what they did and that the job was completed. Very professional. Since I live so far out, I was charged a $30 travel fee which I didn't mind paying, however, for future I'm not sure I would want to pay that fee every time. However, it would depend on how much work I was having done. Thank you, it was a great experience.

After introducing themselves, both well-dressed, respectful, young men came into our home, took a tour to quickly assess how to proceed. They took down our wooden window blinds with great care being quite careful about where they placed them before carrying them out to their van to take to their shop where they would clean them. We were then scheduled to have a window cleaning crew to come in and clean windows, the chandelier and 3 paddle ceiling fans. The crew arrived on time and, as usual, were very efficient in their work. They, too, assessed the job prior to performing their work. The blind crew called as soon as the window cleaning crew left and rehung our clean window blinds--asking if the position of the slats was ok with me. I have always been impressed with the quality of the work of everyone from Technicare who has come into our home. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful and seem to genuinely respect the company for which they work.

Matt & Matt were on time for the appointment, they were very professional, they listen to my concerns and addressed them immediately. I could tell they knew their craft and were able to remove some stains in the carpet (high traffic areas) that were otherwise hard to remove. They were detail orientated and completed the job better than my expectations. I would recommend them both and their company. Job Well Done!

We will always use Technicare for our Blind Cleaning. Their company is one we can always rely on. Technicians Aaron & Isaac came to our home - left their shoes outside - and removed each blind, correctly marking them, and placing them in the order of each window area and taking them to their truck to be cleaned at their company warehouse. They said we would have them back between 3:00-5:00 pm and they returned at 3:00 pm, carefully placing each cleaned blind to its proper window. They had replaced any broken plastic clips and we were grateful for this attention to detail. Aaron & Isaac were polite, courteous, professional, careful with each blind, and we had many blinds to be taken care of ! Thank you for your excellent service and we are so happy with our clean blinds!!!

I never used these deals, then did not have a use for them so I am requesting refund.

They do a good job. I think it cost more than the big deal amount, but it was because we had extra things done. It wasn't because they charged differently once they got here, we just asked for more things. They were very efficient, very clean and very careful with everything.

Matt, Josh and Issac arrived on time and did an excellent job. They worked efficiently and were very professional. They also called ahead to let me know they were on the way. My windows look beautiful!
