Technicare Carpet Cleaning

They were on time, and were friendly, but not over-talkative. They were very careful taking the equipment in and out of the house. They explained what they would be doing, then went about their job. After they were finished, they moved the big furniture back in place. We were very satisfied with their work.

The team phoned to let us know that they were on their way and arrived on time. They did a walk-through with me beforehand to find out if there were any particular concerns. They set up wall bumper guards and placed protectors under the furniture. They were careful to wear shoe protectors when entering the house. They did a thorough and professional job and our carpets looked great.

The team called to let me know that they would arrive towards the end of the agreed-upon time frame and then called once again when they were on their way. They cleaned the dryer vent from inside the house as well as from the outside. They noticed a small leak in the vent and repaired it on the spot. I had never had the vent cleaned since the dryer was installed several years ago, so there was a lot of lint and debris to be removed. The team was careful to clean up afterwards. I noticed a definite reduction in the amount of time needed to dry a load of laundry. I will use this service again in the future.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling (could have been 1). They showed up on-time, were very friendly and professional. They got right to work, and comleted the job in a timely fashion. Afterwards, they explained what they did and the results as well as recommendations for future care. BY far the best servce and quality I have received for carpet cleaning, and I no longer will call anyone else. MAny available discounts.

Ultimately I am very happy. They are a good family based surface and were concerned of my needs. They also responded well.

The agent was on time and very professional. He explained what he would be doing throughout the house. We were very pleased with their services.

All of Technicare's personnel (customer service on the phone, the estimator, & the workers) were all professional & personable. The workers were careful that they didn't scuff up any of the walls or corners with their hose equipment. The workers were agreeable in moving some of the heavy furniture (granite-topped table) out of the way to get to the carpeting underneath. My only suggestion for improvement for the company would be to include their mandatory fuel surcharge into the quoted price of the work, as opposed to having it be a separate line item.

I got a great feeling about Penny the owner of Professional Pet-sitting-----she was very professinal, yet she LOVES the dogs.....my dog who is normally nervous around strangers-went right to her. I recommend this company and service 100 percent

I contacted two other companies and asked them to clean the gutters. Neither returned my calls, and it was getting to be late December. Technicare responded immediately and cleaned my gutters the day following my call! They cleaned the yard thoroughly. I called Technicare because I observed the great job they did in cleaning the gutters on my neighbor's house. The price was higher than I paid other providers, but they were worth it!

They were very courteous and professional. We've used Technicare for several jobs over the last year & they have been outstanding each time.

We are very pleased with them. The guys who came in were good. Things were taken care of in a timely fashion. We were comfortable leaving the house while they did the carpeting. They did inside and outside window cleaning, the venetian blinds dipped and cleaned which certainly hadn't been done in ten years.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to write this one. I cannot say enough good about the services of Technicare. I was late in calling to schedule a carpet cleaning and had a housefull of guests arriving for Thanksgiving. Vickie at Technicare was able to find us a slot so that it would all be done by Thanksgiving. The techs arrived on time and did a superb job, making the carpets look new after a few years of neglect. Their service and their willingness to work we me necessitated this review. I had thought that they only did carpets and water extractions, but I have now scheduled them to clean the gutters and to give us an estimate for washing the windows. Great work!

They did a good job. They were professional and timely. They were a little ore expensive, but they did a great job!

It went as specified; the gutters appear clean from the outside from the washing. All debris was hauled away.

Everything from scheduling to the actual service was excellent. I don't even call other providers when I know that Technicare offers the service. They are great to work with and always deliver on quality and customer service.

They do nice work and that's why we have used them for a number of things.

They have just the most professional workers, always on time, always polite, always efficient and knowledgeable if we have questions. They have a good confirmation system and a good system on letting us know the name of the person who is coming or the people who are coming. So we always know that that's who they are and they do it right.

The technician let me know that unfortunately I am out of their service area. I will be getting a refund.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List for a cleaning of 3 rooms- Technicare came out within the week and were extremely professional and courteous. They were extremely thorough and noticed stains in my carpet that I hadn't even seen. The only reason I rated a "B" as opposed to an "A" is that we had a pet urine stain (which was the reason for my call) and they couldn't get it out, which was alright, but it smelled much worse afterwards! We had a party the next day and had to mask the smell with candles. I would use them again for a general cleaning, but might call someone else if we had a specific stain issue.

No issue with the QUALITY of the service provider, but upon exchanging a few messages a) they are unable to come clean my sofa in the time frame I need. And b) the deal price was $72 for a sofa; no mention of "standard-sized sofa" whatsoever. Apparently my sectional would cost $160 to clean. I would like a refund.

the folks doing the work were punctual and pleasant. They worked efficiently and did a good job. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the work. In particular though, the carpet cleaners did a much better job than many other big name companies. They also just did the job we asked and didn't try to sell 400 different additional services (such as furniture cleaning).

I have been using them for 15 years and I call them for all cleaning things I need done. I was one of their first customers and I still use them. I like the quality of the people they send to do things. They are neat and they are very professional and they are just good guys.

The service was great from scheduling with Vickie, to getting estimates, to the service itself with Dakota, Rob and Zach. Everything looks nice and clean, the team was professional, worked hard, and they were all really friendly. They seemed very honest and even knocked $100 off the price of the gutter cleaning once they got up there and saw there wasn't much to clean. I am very happy with the service that was provided, and I will definitely use them in the future.
