Technicare Carpet Cleaning

I appreciated the call before arrival. My carpet dried more quickly than I expected. Personnel were very polite and professional.

Crew was on time and very professional. Job was completed quickly and crew cleaned up after themselves.

Original problem was mine as I thought the time specified was when the work would be done (example 2-4 pm). However, that was their window for showing up....did not want them starting to work at 4 pm. So I had to reschedule to get it done at my convenience which was no problem even though I made the time change at the last minute. In the future I will look closely at that window to make sure it meets my needs. Crew was meticulous and careful of possessions. The chairs were a mess and they worked hard to get them back to a presentable condition. Work was done quickly and efficiently with minimum of mess. I removed all small furniture, breakables from areas prior to their arrival.

They called to arrive earlier which worked out perfectly, they arrived and reviewed what was to be completed. They offered some advice. They did a wonderful job and was very efficient.

The two technicians that came were polite, informative, answered all my questions and gave me detailed information on a non related carpet issue that I inquired about. They explained the additional services they provide and gave me a cost estimate.

Jay and his assistant called me ahead of time and arrived in good time. Jay checked out the dryer vent and found that the hose was not attached. This was a serious problem, as the hose had been off for quite some time. There was a LOT of lint under the dryer. Jay worked to clean up the lint and re-attach the hose properly. He also cleaned out the outside vent and re-attached a cover. I was impressed all around with Jay and his assistant. They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They saw the problem, fixed it, and I think now my dryer will work much better!

Loved the walk-thru they asked me to do with them at the beginning to ensure communication was crystal clear between us, It was way quieter than any carpet cleaners I've had before. Really appreciated the "over the door air blocker" that kept the 90 degree heat and humidity from coming in and costing me more money in A/C and having to cool down my home when they left. They moved a coach that hadn't been moved in years (no charge) and cleaned under and behind it.

Crew of three young people called to confirm appointment time and arrived on time. Immediately set up the ladders and arranged for the water to divert into the gutters. Cleaned out the gutters all around the house, including two large sections that were so full of leaves they had plants growing in them! Finished in a very short amount of time, double checked that all the drains ran free to the street and reconnected the hoses to the water faucets.

Technicare did an excellent job, they were punctual, and the pricing was fair.

As always, service was fantastic. We were on the ASAP list, so we didn't have a scheduled appointment date. The crew called ahead, arrived, and got right to work. They inspected our gutters and gave us some recommendations for an overflow problem we are having on some short sections of gutter. The crew finished quickly and left our yard and landscaping spotless - I couldn't tell that they had been in the yard. Technicare even charged us less that the estimate because we have gutter toppers on the front gutters which made their job easier. I will continue to recommend Technicare to my neighbors.

They were timely, clean, and did a very thorough job cleaning the gutters on my home. Employees were very professional in every way.

Technicians called before coming for the appointment, and in fact asked if they could come a little earlier, which worked out good for us. They quickly got to work to clean the gutters and remove the debris. They completed the job quickly, then left. I saw other companies offering the gutter cleaning for half the price, but there were many negative reviews about their work, so I decided to go with the more expensive company, and am very glad I did.

The carpet cleaning was okay. They were a bit more expensive than other companies in the area. The window cleaning was fine. I've used them several times for window cleaning in the past. When they took my vertical blinds down, they broke 3 of the clips that hold it on. They had to order a new header for me, but it took an exorbitant amount of time for it to come in. I followed up repeatedly with them before they were able to bring it out to me. Overall, they're a good company that provides lots of different types of services.

They did a great job overall. Mostly other than cleaning the gutters I wanted them to install gutter toppers that I bought from Home Depot. Firstly they were very willing to do it and secondly, they quoted me a very reasonable price.

Our 9-year old 14 foot living room sofa had never been cleaned. The sofa cleaning code was S - use mild, water-free dry cleaning agent. The sofa also had stains on the back cushions from my husband's hair gel. Aaron and Drew were the service technicians who cleaned the sofa. Aaron explained the dry agent cleaning process. He also explained that the hair gel stain will be hard to remove. Aaron and Drew were very professional in their behavior and appearance and were most courteous. The sofa was cleaned in about an hour. They left the cushions neatly arranged on their sides on top of the sofa. The sofa looks great. The hair gel stain is almost gone and we are exceptionally pleased with our experience with Technicare. We will definitely use Technicare for cleaning of our carpet.

We had a great service experience with the Technicare service technician, Jay. He was professional in his behavior and appearance and most courteous. He called ahead of time to confirm his arrival at our house to remove the blinds and when he was ready to return the blinds several hours later. Both times at the house, Jay wore covers over his shoes when he came into the house to remove the blinds and later when he returned to re-install the cleaned blinds. Jay explained that the blinds should be kept in the up position while the blinds dried so the pleats would be crisp when they are in the down position. Our blinds look fantastic. They have never been cleaned and they look new. We had also requested that upholstery cleaning be done on the same day as the blinds cleaning and Technicare scheduled both services to be completed on the same day. We are very pleased with our first time experience with Technicare and will definitely use them in the near future for our carpet cleaning.

I have used Technicare for this, and other services for at least the last 10 years. Their teams are always on time, always call ahead while on their way to give me specific times, always pre-treat the cat stains, always are careful of the walls and corners when carpet cleaning, always polite and happy to answer questions, always good-spirited, always put plastic blocks or other protection under the legs of the furniture to protect from the dampness of the freshly cleaned carpet, always careful to leave good instructions, if any are required, as they leave. This visit was no exception to the way they have always performed.

The crew took great care when moving furniture, plants and other items blocking their access. I have used Technicare for window cleaning over the past ten years and it has always been a good experience.
