The Technicare workers arrived promptly, did a walk through to verify all items to be cleaned, secured the doors with protection for my cat, and worked diligently and professionally the entire time. They provided extra treatments to some difficult carpet stains after consulting with me and replaced all furniture to its original place,

I have used Technicare for a variety of services since 2006. Scheduling by phone was quick and easy. I have used Technicare for a variety of services since 2006. The day before the service date, I received an email from Technicare letting me know who would be arriving to provide the service. The providers called me to let me know that they were on their way.. The were on time, professional, efficient, careful and spent some time with me discussing how to care for the carpet.. As always, I am completely satisfied with their work.

They did everything perfect. Spot cleaned the carpet and got every stain out! Carpet is like new

Crew arrived promptly. They marked which blinds go with each window. They removed the blinds and transported them to their facility. They gave an approximate time when they would call to say the the work was finished, which they did. They then returned and installed the blinds in the proper windows. The blinds look like new! Also they were professional in their attire and communication.

The guys did a GREAT JOB! It snowed 2 inches that morning and I hadn't gotten around to shoveling part of the sidewalk. They shoveled the sidewalk to make a path for their equipment. Furniture was handled carefully and carpets were cleaned well.

The appointment process was fast and I got the time I wanted. They called before the allotted time to tell me they were on their way. They were very careful with the equipment, protected other furniture and replaced everything when finished. I'm happy with the result and the work that was preformed. Very friendly, had company uniforms. I will use Technicare again.

It went great. Brian was responsive to my phone call and he was able to coordinate with my realtor to get into the home and perform the work since I am not in the state. The window cleaning turned out fantastic. My Windows and windowsills turned out fabulous. They came out in very cold temperatures and performed the window cleaning on the outside of my home. The steam cleaning in the basement went great as well. It's so fresh and clean down there now! I would highly recommend this company for any kind of window for carpet cleaning that you may have.

We've used this company a few times at a couple different houses in the past few years. They are very professional and show up exactly when they promise. They did an excellent job this time cleaning our carpets and focusing on a few problem areas. They moved the furniture nicely and left the carpet in excellent condition.

Outstanidng. I had used the special offer through Angie's list.They contacted us immediatly, set a time and date, and arrived as agreed. The men who came were professional and did an excellent job. We had used their services sevelal years ago to clean out ducts with the same excellent service. Plan to continue to use their services as I need in the future.

I was kept up to date on the day the services would be provided. Technicare phoned 10 to 15 minutes before their arrival. I appreciate being kept in the loop for the services. Technicare's provided great quality on this job. They took care not to damage the roof or gutters. I have used this company for chandelier and window cleaning too. I will be a return customer.

We've used Technicare for years and they always do a great job! They are prompt, thorough and professional, answering any questions we have and addressing any issues that may exist. Nick, Jay and Drew were the team who cleaned our windows most recently and they were great! Scheduling is easy, and Technicare's use of email confirmations is wonderful. These emails not only confirm the appointment, but they also include information on what we can expect and thoroughly explain the process they will use for that particular service. They offer so many services and we've always been completely satisfied with each service we've used. We've also used Technicare in Louisville at our daughter's home. We were thrilled to learn they have a Louisville location.

Everything went as planned. Church personnel removed all furniture from the Sanctuary prior to the cleaning. The Technicare technicians arrived within the 2-hour arrival window we had agreed upon. They immediately set up their equipment, treated stains in the carpeting, and thoroughly cleaned all the areas. All work was completed in about 1.5 hours. Especially liked that they place furniture guards in any areas where their equipment might potentially contact any furnishings. Church has been using Technicare services for about 5 years and we've always been completely satisfied with their work and impressed with their professionalism.

Delainey and Dakota arrived early, cleaned our windows inside and out, and cleaned the window sills, screens, and gutters. They did a meticulous, conscientious job and my partner and I could not be happier. They were also courteous and congenial and a pleasure to get to know. Earlier, our contacts by phone and email with Vickie in the Technicare office were similarly professional and congenial. We requested an estimate, and it arrived quickly and was detailed and included the appropriate discounts. We would recommend Technicare to our friends without hesitation.

Arrived on time. TJ and Nate were very polite and professional. We walked through the job, and they gave me a realistic expectation of what could be done in certain heavily soiled areas. They worked quickly, and the results were better than I could have ever expected! They moved furniture and things on floor that I expected them to just clean around. They did miss the carpet in the walk-in closet in the master bath, which was disappointing 'cuz it really needed cleaning; but other than that, which was probably my fault 'cuz the door was closed, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. A little pricier than other services, but well worth the $. I'll use them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Sales rep. was professional, knew his stuff and did not pressure me. Cleaning team was thorough, polite, worked quickly and checked with me throughout the time they were in/on my property. A neighbor was visiting and was so impressed he asked for their card, which they quickly produced along with other promotional materials. EXCELLENT experience.

As usual, the Technicare crew did a great job. I had to change the appointment a couple of times, but they were totally accommodating to my needs. Michael & Nathan called a half hour before they got there, well within the time window they quoted. They were efficient and effective at cleaning the carpet in our large basement rec room, including the steps, as well as the study, plus area rugs in the living room and dining room. They even took care of a large [recent] stain on one of the dining room chairs. I am totally satisfied with their work and will use them again for this and other services.

We have a two story house with outsized windows and some of them are difficult to reach. It requires a very tall ladder and very steady nerves when up on the ladder. The workers were very professional and worked hard the entire three hours it took to clean the windows and screens. The windows sparkled when finished.

The duo from Technicare was great. I had accidentally locked myself out of the house when I met the guys there. They waited patiently while I had someone bring keys over. Once inside they provided a quick but thorough cleaning of all of the carpets, moving small furniture and putting plastic and foam under metal and wood items. They were very professional and were careful to not damage the walls/woodwork with the hoses.
