I have used this company several times in recent years and am always 100% satisfied. Their staff is thorough, efficient and arive on time. I really like the fact that when they clean my carpets they do not leave them as wet as some other companies so the dry time is much shorter. Staff is also very careful working around furniture and walls. Office staff keep you informed with emails confirming the appointment, reminding you the day before and telling you the name of the lead employee who will be coming to your house. Nice.

The appointment process we quick and easy. The technician called to let me know he was on the way. The team showed up within the scheduled time. They moved and replaced furniture, replaced all screens, blinds and shutters. Worked quickly and left everything as it was before they started. Great Job.

We were satisfied with the results and have used Technicare twice now. The prices are reasonable.

Company had cleaned basement carpet approximately three weeks prior. They did a great job but did let us know the pet stain areas from previous owners might not be able to be completely removed although the areas would be sanitize and disinfected. Two weeks later noticed pet stains were noticeable Company came back for re-treating with no charge to us. Technician carefully explained how sometimes stains cannot be completely removed and if this treatment did not remove stains they could do patching if we had leftover carpet.

Great. The Windows and Window sills perfectly cleaned. They also went above and beyond and unclogged a gutter by my front door.

The employees that arrived were prompt, courteous and personable. We paid extra to have the sills detailed as the regular cleaning only included wiping them. This was important to us and they did an excellent job. We were quite satisfied and would schedule this service again. If you want a better than average job, we recommend Technicare.

Tieg, Nick and Nick arrived early, got right to work and did a great job. They were efficient, friendly and informative, letting us know about a couple of small tears in our window screens and some scratches due to the age of our 1960-vintage Andersen windows. We highly recommend Technicare.

Michael arrived on time, identified himself, went through our order and graciously let us add a few more items to his list. Did an excellent job on all the areas. Worked on the large area rug in the Family Room since we do have a wood burning fire place in that room. The hallway and stairs look excellent and they are a light colored Berber carpet-- had a lot of dirt on them from children running up and down! The nicest surprise was how well the tile/grout cleaned up in the foyer. So pleased with the job. I've never seen it looking so nice and am also glad we had it sealed. Was a wonderful experience and we are so thankful we checked the reviews on Angie's list before we called for service. There are so many carpet cleaning companies out there and they are not all created equal! We will definitely us them again and also will keep them in mind when we have other items to take care of.
