Technicare Carpet Cleaning

We are always pleased with the job Technicare does. The employees are very personable, courteous and thorough.

The Technicare representative arrived the day after I called, even though I did not expect him til the next week. He had an opening and asked if I would let him do the work early. He was thorough, fast and courteous.

They are very professional, responsive, and punctual. They provide high quality work.

Everything went great, they came in and pretreated stains then got to work cleaning the carpets. They cleaned our area rug that was on our hardwood floor, and explained that they would use just enough water to clean and not soak through to the wood floor. We are very satisfied with the service performed.

Very well. This is my third time using Technicare and the techs are always professional and friendly. They move some things I wouldn't expect and always take great care with furniture, etc. Very small negative would be the guys didn't wear the shoe covers this time, they may have been out but this didn't really detract from overall experience too much. I prepaid through Angies List for 4 rooms and decided to add 2 when they got here. It was pricey but partially my fault for not negotiating better up front for 6 rooms; they do quality work.

They do a phenomenal job. No detail or request seems out of the question for these technicians. The carpets look fantastic and the upholstered chair, which the pets have taken over, has been given new life! We were on the verge of spending $1,000 to have it reupholstered. But Brian and Josh showed that it did not need to be! Technicare is a little more expensive than their competitors, but their professionalism and the quality of their work makes them well worth the cost.

Mark and Dakota were the technicians that came to my house. Both were punctual, professional, and courteous. As a woman alone in the house with them, I felt very comfortable with them, and they were both very pleasant. They did a fabulous job with the windows ... they've never looked better. It'll definitely be something that I'll continue to outsource to them!

Called to give me a window for arrival time and then called to say they would be arriving at the later end of the window in case I wanted to run errands and then called to tell me when they were on the way. As always with this company, the people they hire are professional and I would feel comfortable leaving them in the house if I needed to leave. Work was done quickly and the results are great. He did his best to remove a stubborn stain and it looks so much better !

It went fine, it was good. As soon as I was able to schedule they were able to come out, they were very prompt. The only delay was my schedule. It was perfect. They had serviced the house 10 years prior so they sort of had our home on file from the prior owner.

Technicare is an excellent company! Ray was very professional, punctual and the carpet looked very good after cleaning. When I told him that we would be replacing our carpet soon, he recommended a company that Technicare has worked with. When taking the cleaning equipment to the lower level, some drywall was damaged. He showed it to us and said it would be fixed. Two business days later the drywall repairman called and scheduled a time to fix it. This is a family-run business that wants customers to be satisfied. Call them!!!

Technicare is so professional. They are careful in your home, shoes off etc. The window cleaning is done with a spray bottle and squeege, no hauling of buckets of water through the house. They do a terrific job. I cannot overemphasize how easy they are to work with and how eager to please. Windows and light fixtures literally sparkle when they leave...until a bird didn't realize there was glass there and hit the window! That is CLEAN!

Excellent service began before they arrived: I called in the morning to add an extra service and the office said to just let the technicians know when they arrive. It was that easy.... no second appointment, no rescheduling, no hassle! The technicians called 30 minutes prior to arrival and they were also ahead of schedule. The cleaning services were OUTSTANDING!

Received a call ahead call from the service tech and he arrived as he said he would. Clearly stated what he and his teammate would be doing and the amount of time it would take to complete the work. I was grateful the two men were ok with my (friendly) pup bring around. They worked diligently and we're done within the time frame they said it would take. The work was performed flawlessly.

As always, very prompt, cleaned up afterwards. Pleasant employees. Did a thorough job and carpets look great.
