Technicare Carpet Cleaning

It was a bit confusing. I got an email the morning of the service saying who was going to be coming and then a different person showed up for the work. I was also told there would be a $10 off coupon that the worker would tell me about by posting a statement on Facebook or other social media. He never mentioned anything about that. Every other carpet cleaning company charges me two rooms to clean my great room. This company said my great room was three rooms.

Great--during the initial walk-through, they made note of all the problem spots, they took their time, and the house looked great at the end!

They allegedly had me on their list for service the week that the early winter cold snap hit, just after Thanksgiving. Understandably, that delayed when they could get here. But--we've had a warm winter, it's now February, and they have STILL not showed up. They give me the same excuses every time I call--"you're on the list." Gosh, since I was NEXT ON THE LIST two months ago, I don't see how that can be accurate at this point. I called them last month and they said: "They should be at your house this week." I'm still waiting.

Great value...prompt, courteous and professional team

Both were fantastic. Gutters were delayed by the intense cold in late fall, along with late-falling leaves (oaks). Crew came out during January's thaw and did a great job. Kept in contact with us throughout for scheduling updates.

Fine. I was on their schedule to work in as needed. The day they came they called to ask if it was OK for them to start the job in 20 minutes; I said yes. Jym and Trent showed up on time and came to the door to introduce themselves, told me what they were going to do, and asked if I had any questions. When they were done, they told me about a few things we should keep an eye on, and how to improve the drainage for one of our downspouts.

The crew did a great job! They showed up on time and were very professional. TJ and Mike did a fabulous job. Very friendly. Highly recommended!

The service went VERY well. We received several reminder emails, Dakota called ahead to let me know they were coming. They protected our woodwork and cleaned the carpet. They even cleaned an entrance rug at no charge. They were very professional and very respectful. I will definitely have them back again.

They performed a miracle on 20 year old carpet that has 4 dogs traveling back and forth on it. They do an excellent job.

Provided good service. When they power washed, they were able to remove the black scum on the exterior of the gutters with their regular cleaning solution. An estimate I obtained from another company had an additional fee to clean the gutter exterior. When they cleaned the gutters, they advised that the screens covering part of the gutters were not effective as they were bent. They offered to put them back on but I opted to leave them off. They did a good job. I would use them again for both services.

They two men came and and left the bill at the door. It was nice not to worry about needing to be home!

Absolutely amazing! As we are recent transplants to Columbus, OH, we have been using Angies List for most of our needs, and have been very impressed...and Technicare is no exception. From the moment I contacted them, everyone associated with this company was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding their service. The two gentlemen, TJ and Mike arrived exactly on time, as requested, and proceeded to prep every room, moved every heavy piece of furniture, placed protectors where necessary, and worked quickly, quietly, and extremely efficiently. Upon completion, they moved all pieces back in place, gave instructions regarding the drying time and maintenance, and even offered us a special promotion. We were so impressed with the work (including removing several annoying stains we thought were permanently soaked into the carpets) that we will definitely use them again, and again..not to mention they also offer additional services of which I was not aware. Thank you for your wonderful work!!
