The owner was very kind and professional. We walked around and she made sure the areas that needed cleaned, was clearly communicated. Her employees where very professional and courteous - as well as careful. They did a VERY good job. I will use them again.

We agreed on "around 11" and they arrived shortly thereafter, alerting me to the fact that they were a few minutes behind schedule via Angie's list. They were polite and introduced themselves, although it was obvious that they came ready to get right down to work since they had all their cleaning supplies. I was impressed at how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know if our house has ever sparkled like this since we moved in, but it certainly is a nice way to get ready for the new year.

Scheduled them originally to clean a rental property, but after storm knocked out power I had them drive to my house about 10 minutes away. The crew had no issues with the extra drive and still cleaned for the full time once they arrived back at the house. They were polite and great at what they do. The 4 person crew had all our rooms spotless in one hour. This is the most satisfied I have been with a cleaning service and I'd definitely use again.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Home Shine Cleaning Services. They did more than I expected from my experience with other house cleaners. I've been trying different companies out and bought a Angie's List special for a good cleaning before the holidays. The team of 3 lovely ladies came into my house and went right to work. I even caught one of them cleaning down in the floor vent...heck I rarely do that! I am so excited to have finally found a company that did such a great job that I've decided to have them back on a monthly basis. It's such an amazing feeling and stress reliever to know that all I need to do for Christmas is wrap my presents and cook! Thanks ladies!

my house looks and smells better than it has in ages. They arrived on the dot, with everything they needed, and got right to work. They were attentive to my requests, and very friendly. They did such a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again.

got off to a rocky start, lots of miscommunication, but they did a wonderful job and I have hired them to clean once a month. everything they touched was spotless. this is a really big place (2700 sq feet) and seriously, it has never looked better.

Home Shine Cleaning was wonderful. Showed up on time and did more than I expected. Used all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They moved furniture to sweep and dusted all the nooks and crannies. Completely cleaned the baths, bedrooms, hall and great room. Did windows and blinds too! Very professional, hard-working and courteous. I would definitely use them again!!

We've engaged Ines for many years. We started with her and her team in our Bexley home and she stayed with us in Clintonville and now just started keeping our new home in Worthington Hills in tip top shape. In my opinion Ines and her team really know how to deep clean. I'm amazed at how shiny and new everything feels when she and her team have been through our house! Highly recommended! We have 2 stories, 2.5 baths, eat in galley kitchen, dining room, den, great room, 3 BR and an office with a mix of tile, slate, hardwood and carpet. Now add 3 adults, 2 small (15-20 lb.) dogs and 2 cats ... all of this is refreshed every couple of weeks. We can't clean it better than Ines can!

Jefferson and the team were great!!! Jefferson was very prompt in scheduling with me and was a few minutes early. He walked through the entire house and asked me what we needed and also explained exactly what they were going to be doing. At the end we did another walk through and he made sure I was satisfied with all areas. Extremely nice!!! There was a lot to do and I`m glad they were able to get it all done.
