Not responsive to scheduling requests. Bought deal on Angie's List. I realize it is a busy time of year, wasn't expecting cleaning within 3-4 weeks of contacting for the house cleaning. However, took weeks to respond to emails about scheduling. You can't run a business that way in 2016. Response to phone calls or emails should be within 2 business days or will go elsewhere.

two people arrived on time and did a great job. They were very pleasant and very professional. I did ask for a quote to have them here once a month and am going to follow up and set this up.

Scheduling was sticky and required three attempts. Cleaning crew and work was great, thanks!

They contacted me right away and scheduled for a few days later. Came on time and worked very hard cleaning my house. They were very nice and polite. They did a wonderful cleaning job and I am very picky. Thank you.

They were unable to help me due to their schedule. The best they could do was offer to come clean for me but it would have been too far from the date my company was arriving. It wouldn't do me any good because my 4 grandchildren spend every weekend with us. There's no way I could have them here for the weekend & my company arrive on Monday. Instead, I found a small cleaning service on Craig's list. They came & cleaned the whole house for me. Windows, appliances, including the oven & inside the refrigerator. There were 2 very nice women. I have 3 bedrooms but I told her she just had to vaccuum & dust since my husband would still need too change the sheets. When my husband came home he told me that all 3 bedrooms were spotless & all 3 beds were made with clean sheets on them. I was pleasantly surprised. She even swept my front porch, back deck & swept the areas above the doors. She explained that all of that is part of her basic general cleaning. Home Shine Cleaning Service could learn something from Dee. She will now be coming every other Monday. Dee's normal rate of $75. was lower than the special rate of $85. from Angie's List. So it was a win win for me.

The crew was late because they went to the wrong location. I had specified prior that the cleaning was not doing to be done at the billing address, but it somehow was overlooked in the date of the cleaning. The delay did not cause any inconvenience to us, because she is basically home bound and the later time worked out better for her. Overall the cleaning was ok. The crew did not speak English and used a translator over the telephone to communicate which was somewhat of an obstacle. The following day or later that day, I stopped by and was disappointed that the house did not have a fresh and clean smell. It did not look bad though. Maybe the products they use are not scented? I just like the place to smell nice.

They did NOT SHOW UP FOR THE SCHEDULED SESSION.

They were great. They are now doing it in a monthly basis. They did a good job. My interaction with them was good. The work was good. I would definitely recommend them.

The crew was punctual and diligent in all aspects of housecleaning. Our house sparkled when they completed their work.

I submitted on a Tuesday evening and paid with my credit card. Picked Wednesday, November 2nd, Thursday, November 3rd, and Friday, November 4th - for "anytime" during all of these days. I received acceptance/approval of these dates. We need the house cleaned prior to company arriving on Saturday, November 5th. Never heard anything back. from the company. I called the company once on Wednesday and once on Thursday - leaving voice mails. I also sent them an e-mail directly to the company on Thursday morning. I received this exact response at 10:51 p.m. on Thursday: "Hi I ready have my schedule for those days can be Monday Tuesday or Wednesday next week?" I would have not attempted this service if they did not accept my windows of time requested. Obviously, I need to be assured that my credit card has not been charged.

Bought the deal for cleaning through angles list. They were a bit difficult to schedule (partly my responsibility too) , but once it was scheduled, they were on time. The quality of work was incredible. They did a very good job and a detailed job compared to everyone else i have hired so far. The price was good and quality was very good for the price. The only issue was, none of the 4 workers, spoke english, but if not speaking english gets you such a good service, I wouldn't mind it. I hired them twice, and will hire them again.

Not very flexible on scheduling. They basically gave me a take it or leave it time. There was also communication challenges since they spoke very little English. Once we got past all of that, though, they did a fantastic job. I don't think my bathroom has been that clean since I moved into this house. I will be on the lookout for more deals from these cleaners.

This did not go well. I got a quick reply with a date for work to be done on labor day at 4 p.m. I confirmed that the cleaning company meant labor day and changed my schedule to be home. They did not show and did not call. I was not pleased that no refund would be given so I rescheduled. After being a 1/2 hour late the second time I called and was told they were on their way. They did show up an hour late. No one spoke English. They did not greetc me even with a hello when I welcomes them to my home. And, they wereally in a hurry to leave. The cleaning was marginal except for the bathrooms which were immaculate. I still would not recommend.

good except no english speaking person came, so it was difficult to tell what I wanted done and I did not need to be done. finally one of them called supervisor on phone. cleaning service was just fine once we got the directions established.
