They did a fantastic job! The porch looks wonderful, they caulked holes, removed rusty hooks, and put on two coats of paint. The painters were careful to not leave paint chips, and they were neat in their work. I really appreciated that Dan called me each day to keep me apprised of the progress - it turned out to be a four-day job so it was helpful to receive the call and let me know what they had done each day. When I called them, Dan and Katie were helpful and responsive. All the way through the process from estimate to finalizing the job, we were very pleased.

They made arrangements and gave me a price. They showed up on time. The paint job was excellent, a little pricey, but worth it. They were attentive to detail.

Overall the experience was great. I looked them up on Angie's List along with some others. Being new to the service, I also went over to my local paint store who said the same thing. I called them up, spoke with Katie, and scheduled the appointment. She gave us a quote after about 10 minutes of reviewing what we wanted to have done. As we moved closer to getting the house done, we were having a little trouble with what colors to use. She came back over and helped us with this as well. When the day came, they had about four men come over. They arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. They got started right away. Bob, the on site manager, walked me through what they would be doing which was very helpful given this was the first time we had contracted for painting services. The job took two days to complete but they did a great job. On the second day, we walked around to ensure everything was up to par with my expectations and they were!! I would highly recommend this company in the future. My estimate included labor, material, and all other aspects of the project.

They are very professional and finished ahead of the estimated time. They were very reasonable. They did a free color consultation.

They did a great job! They were very punctual and professional. Before they started, Katie came out and helped me with the colors. She gave great advice. Because they had 3 members of their team in our house at all times, they were able to get the job done quickly (2 days). We are very happy with the end product and the price was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend!

Katie came to my house the day after I requested a quote, and was extremely professional. Buckeye's bid was in line with other contractors, but I didn't select them only because I needed some wood molding replaced, something they preferred to leave to an experienced carpenter and which is a business policy I have no problem with.

Dan was prompt to return my call and was able to provide and estimate and complete the work in my one week time frame. They did a great job, cleaned up and vacuumed before they left.

I found Buckeye House Painting after considering reviews on Angie's List. They took their shoes off when they arrived for my estimate, which was very thoughtful. I got estimates from several companies & they weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive. I went with them b/c they seemed professional during the estimate & b/c of the many positive reviews on Angie's List. I scheduled the work, & was contacted as promised one week before to get the colors. The painters showed up exactly when they said they would (even during a snow storm), did a great job, & cleaned up afterwards. In fact, I came home to find one of the painters vacuuming! They happily touched-up any areas I thought needed more attention, & even fixed a nail pop & used their own supplies to address some minor water damage! They were flexible, as I had them add some areas not on the estimate, & they will be returning to paint a 1/2 bath & re-do a bedroom that I did not like the color. They are great!

Called for an estimate and received a phone call back the same day. Estimator came out the next day and gave me a quote. This was the exact price I ended up paying. Painters showed up on time and when they were running late (only 30 minutes), they called well enough in advance. They performed all work quickly and efficiently. The final job ended up with quality workmanship. They even took down the bathroom mirrors to paint the area behind it. I decided I wanted accent colors prior to the job starting and they accommodated my wishes. I am 2200 miles away from the work location and they worked with me via phone to handle all the little details. Everyone in the process had an enthusiastic attitude and enjoyed doing the work for me.

The painters were completely professional. They left zero mess and we couldn't even tell where they had cleaned their brushes. And they arrived every morning promptly and finished their work when it was promised.

Very pleased with the end product. We were especially impressed with Dan's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction by resolving an issue we had. Thanks to site manager Bob for being courteous, professional and hardworking, as well. Another bonus-- the price was about $150 less than the other estimate we received. And they also lowered the price that was initially quoted after we did some of the prep work ourselves. This is the second time we worked with Buckeye and we plan to hire them again for additional work.

Price was very reasonable. Dan was out to give me an estimate within a week of when I called; he was very professional and courteous. The work was scheduled only three weeks later; a pleasant surprise as this was in June. The guys did a great job...were punctual, professional and quick! After a week or so I decided that the paint did not match the garage door (which was what I had requested)...it was VERY close but not exactly, at least to my (picky!) eye...which may have just been the difference in the finish (glossy on the garage, and flat on the house) and Dan had mentioned this when he was doing the estimate...but it turned out to be a little more of a difference than I than I would've liked. So I requested they come paint the garage door to match (which I was willing and expected to pay for) which they did right away, and did not charge me for. Overall a very positive experience, and I highly recommend Buckeye House Painting!

It went very well. They did a good job, including coming back to do touch-up on areas missed in the first go-round. This is the second painting job they've done for us, and we found them easy to work with and very dependable. We will ask them back for future painting needs.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had in working with any contractor! From the very beginning Buckeye demonstrated a strong work ethic and good customer relations. Their quote was lowest, they needed the least days to complete painting and they quoted a fixed price when others wanted to charge by the hour for trim. Buckeye stayed in touch, answered questions pleasantly and promptly and started and completed the job on the dates promised. They worked quietly, efficiently and VERY neatly, They vacuumed the floors,and put all the furniture back in place after painting. Service was exceptional! When they painted the trim, they even washed a second story window that I couldn't reach to wash. Dan (the owner) bailed me out of a major problem by recommending a different shade of green when I didn't like the one I had chosen once they started putting it on the walls. His recommendation was perfect and they still finished on time! This company is outstanding!

Katie came at the time requested and gave me a price on the spot. I scheduled work the next day. They were very busy and couldn't get us for 30 days. They showed up on time, Adam and his crew were over-the-top polite. They did great work and charged exactly what Katie quoted.

Dan and Katie provided an estimate on 08/02/2007. After checking three other estimates, we called Buckeye House Painting on 09/18/2007 to accept their proposal. Both Dan and Katie were extremely helpful in selecting the stain/paint color, with Katie coming out to the house to help us make the final color choice. After power washing all surfaces the painting crew showed up on 10/03/2007 and finished the next day. They did a great job and were very neat, leaving no drips or messes. They were also very careful with the landscaping.

I was very satisfied with their work, and the workers were efficient & courteous. I will definitely recommend them to others and I will hire them again in the future.

I was pleased with their attention to customer service, excellent. The work was performed well and on the scheduled day. Follow-up was good. My only negative comment regards the cost. They were the highest of the three companies that I received estimates from, but they were able to complete the job this fall.

Dan was very professional when he came out to give me an estimate. He was courteous of my time and called to let me know he was running about 15 minutes behind schedule. I requested that the timing of the work occur within 2 or so weeks as I had landscapers coming out and I wanted the deck to be done prior to that work being started. Dan understood my time constraint and was able to accommodate my request. When his crew started the work, they called to let me know they were coming and also let me know the progress. His crew members were very polite and hard working. No money was requested up front and I didn't have to pay them until I was satisfied with the work. When they were winding down, they called me and I walked through the job and looked it over. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and shortly after this job, I used this company again to paint some new doors for my home.
