I gave them an "excellent" rating on everything because it all went great. From Bob coming out to do an estimate, followed by Katie to help select colors, and finally Byron doing the actual painting..we were very pleased with everything. Everyone was professional, prompt, helpful, and the painting job itself was beautiful. They also wanted to hear back from us as to whether we were satisfied with the job..a very top-quality company all around! They made it all so easy that we're already looking at other painting jobs that need done (front porch railing, etc.), and without question will be giving them a call. We have absolutely no reservations about recommending this company..

I can't say enough good things about this provider. The experience was smooth from start to finish. Each employee I met was courteous and professional. The painters did exceptional work. I felt like everyone wanted this job to be the best ever. I will definitely use them in the future.

Impressed with the lady who gave me the quote for painting and her follow up. She would receive an A. Painters very professional during their work periods. Unfortunately, there was paint splatter on the floors and the ceramic tiles after they painted and one day they were an hour late and did not call. I had to call to their attention some spots not painted. As the painters were leaving, they gave me an evaluation form. I would have preferred to fill this out after they left and I had time to check the house. At that time I did not see any paint splatter. When I called the company, they immediately said they would send some one to clean the paint off the floors. They also made a follow up call asking when they could come.

When I called I was able to set up an estimate on a day and at a time that was best for me. Katie came out and wrote up the estimate and I was very happy to hire this company to do the job. The small deck had become very dirty due to years of wear and lots of visits by squirrels and other animal "guests". The first step was to powerwash it. Bob and another young man came out and carefully, slowly, made that deck appear clean and lovely!! Then, we waited for the weather to be perfect and Jorge and Angel came to stain the deck after I chose the color and Katie ordered the stain for me. I also asked if they could pound nails that had become loose and they did. I would hire this company again and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Katie was very prompt on returning my phone call to have someone come & give estimate for work to be done on 2 bedrooms. We set up a time for her to come out & she was there on time. She was very thorough on what needed to be done and went through every step needed. When done she gave a price for the job which included all materials & labor. My husband and I called her the next day with the ok and we set up a time for work to be done. Katie came back out and helped me pick out colors for both rooms. What a help that was! Karl showed up at 8am just as promised to do the work. He was very friendly & professional. He taped everything off & covered everything that was left in the rooms. He did everything that Katie & I had talked about. He worked very fast & was neat & clean. He put 2 coats of paint on 1 bedroom & had it done by the end of his day. The other room he had the repairs & sanding done and the ceiling finished. After applying the sealer on the other bedroom he put plastic over the door & taped the room off for the night. He was back early again the next morning and put 2 coats on the other bedroom. He was only there for a few hours before finishing. I was very impressed with his speed in witch he worked & how everything was so neat & clean when done. We love the new look to our rooms! Great job! We will have them back out in the spring to paint the exterior of our house. Can't wait!

They arrived as planned each morning. They were careful not to get paint on any furniture and moved and replaced the furniture. They cleaned up each night and never got paint on my carpet. The paint looks great in each room. They even took care to re-caulk the gap between my kitchen cabinets and the ceiling. It looks much better now!

First we had the exterior of the house. We had a lovely crew of guys from Honduras. They were very friendly and personable and they did a beautiful job, even though the weather was turning quote cold. They worked hard and the end result was beautiful. They also painted the swing set. Second we had a different crew in to do the interior painting, who were also great and bent over backwards to do everything they could to make the process go smoothly. Again the paint work was absolutely beautiful and they were very careful to do a neat job. They tidied up after themselves and were always cheerful and ready to have a nice conversation. I think that the price was standard for this kind of work. Katie Hermann was our contact and she was very professional. There was a bit of confusion about dates once and on another occasion an issue about the kind of paint we wanted. Katie didn't make a fuss or try to blame us for the confusion. She just fixed it, which I really appreciated!

Katie scheduled the work so that we could have our master bedroom suite finished before work on the rest of the house. They did an excellent job, were very helpful with small tasks that i needed help with. They moved all the furniture and put it back. I started recommending them to friends before the work was even finished. Katie was very helpful and professional when she came to do the estimate. After the work was done she sent a list of the paints used in case we need to get some for touch up. No deposit. Work done as scheduled.

It was a super experience. It was outstanding. A young woman came out to help us pick out colors. She had a great eye for color. We were very pleased with the workmanship and colors.

Katie, from Buckeye, scheduled a time to come out, look at the swing set, and provide a quote. The price was lower than the other company I had received a quote from so I went with Buckeye. They scheduled a time to come out and power wash the swing set and told me they would be back in a couple of days to apply the stain. They called the day before to let me know they would be out to stain the swing set. The crew who stained the swing set were friendly and professional. The swing set looks brand new. I appreciated their advice on which color and stain to use. I would use Buckeye House Paining in the future.

I got three estimates. While Buckeye was not the least expensive of the three, I did have a high level of comfort that they could work me into their schedule this Fall and that they would help me with choosing colors. I asked them to include the whole house power washing in their price to come in line with the other estimates, and they did without hesitation. Katie worked with me on a color consultation because I wanted to change it from the original. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. It looks like a completely different house. They were punctual, professional and delivered a solid service. They applied two coats to everything and it looks great. Katie did a fantastic job with communication and scheduling (working around both the weather and my crazy work hours). I'd definitely recommend them.

We had Buckeye give us an estimate for the job in 2012, but didn't have funds for the job then. They kept their same price for the 2013 job, and added a few additional services. The weather was a bit of a problem this year, but they worked around it. They took their time and did a quality job all around. We feel that we got a quality job by a professional team. They are easy to work with, and management keeps a close watch on the work as it is being done. That gave us an additional boost of confidence that the work would be done right.

Bob Klem and Katie Fischer were extremely helpful and professional through the entire process, from selecting the paint colors to the painting job itself. They were both very punctual and the quality of work was above par! I was very impressed at the level of detail in every aspect of the job, including clean-up. Neither one hesitated to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results and never failed to have a smile when they were here. Painter showed up on time, did a good job, kept the area clean and cleaned up after himself. Almost 2 years later I'm still very pleased with the work.

The painters arrived on time on the scheduled day. Jason met with me to ensure he understood what needed to be painted. He also suggested I have a few other things painted so they looked as good as the rest of the work (eg: vents and door trim). There was no extra charge for these items. Even though my gutters were new, Jason was concerned the colors would be different and would make the gutters look grey once they painted the soffits and facia. I am so glad I took his suggestion because the gutters look better than they did when they were installed. I noticed only a few paint drips, which they immediately cleaned up. Jason was very customer service oriented.

The Buckeye House Painting crew was the most hard working group that we have ever had since owning our home (30years). The three gentlemen (Jose,Angel and Miguel ) were extremely thorough and very particular. They seemed to work with a pride in their work as though they were working on their own homes. They definitely wanted us to be 100% satisfied. Jose was the leader of the group and maintained a very polite rapport with myself and my wife. He communicated quite extensively to find out our expectations and needs as he and the others worked diligently and non-stop on the tasks at hand. All three were very capable and energetic as they proceeded to complete the job in just less than two days. The results were A+ and my wife and I were extremely happy. In addition, we appreciated arranging the work with Katie. Katie served as the information liaison and kept us informed of the progress as the workday approached. She coordinated the project with handymen/carpenter Larry Cabral. A++!!

The team was great! From providing the estimate, to matching the color to the other walls, and painting, this team was top-notch. Each person was punctual and very professional. The wall looks so good you cannot tell that it is a different texture from afar. They were able to complete this work ahead of the estimated schedule time. It worked out perfectly!
