Price was higher due to change of color after the start of the project. They are your highest rating all the way through. Their customer service was excellent from office personnel to painters who were here. Their daily cleanup was impeccable.

I thought this quote was ludicrous considering I was supplying the paint AND considering it was noted as 20% off for Angies List. In reality, that means they wanted almost $1000 for labour alone to paint the fence. That is absurd considering they would be spray painting. As I am supplying the paint, that means it would have cost over $1500 to paint the fence, over 25% of the cost of the fence. I won't be using them nor will I ever recommend them. Rather, I will ensure I tell people to stay away from them.

The work was outstanding! The painter was great. His painting was of a high quality. He was also a pleasure to have in our home. He was very cordial and professional.

Bob and john were so meticulous! They were very professional as well. I will have them back to paint the renaming couple rooms. They did an amazing job on wall prep and pointed out flaws in the drywall they would try to correct but just wanted to manage my expectations.

Ryan's crew was excellent. They were punctual, professional, and very courteous. They were constantly concerned about not damaging anything as they moved around. I am planning on having some interior painting done in a few months and I will be using this same crew.

The two workers spent three hours masking/taping all areas around the walls including chair rail and other raised woodwork in the dining room. They then painted all areas carefully, and then asked us to inspect. All looked good except for a few minor paint spots on the woodwork which they immediately cleaned off. Both young men were pleasant and professional throughout the job. We call Buckeye for all our indoor and outdoor painting needs.

The job took one full day and went very smoothly. I had one concern that was handled by a phone call and communication with the work crew (front door needed sanded and repainted to cover marks left by silly string). Workers were polite, efficient and clean. The cost was VERY reasonable and I was very satisfied with the work. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I have a 2300 sq ft 2 story house with vinyl siding and white trim boards. Over the past twenty years, many of the trim boards that were installed by the builder had deteriorated and were bubbling from water damage and needed replaced. Also, all the white trim needed painted as well as the gutter and downspouts which were stained from all the years of weather. Also, the house needed to be completely power washed. I contacted four companies to give me a quote for the exact work as described above. All of the companies were professional and courteous when they came out to give me the estimate, but Bob from Buckeye was extremely personable and answered any questions that I had and really seemed to care about the job that was being quoted. I thought of several other questions once Bob left, and contacted him, even after hours, and he almost immediately would get back to me and answer all of my concerns. Bob advised me that the wood replacement would be done by a carpenter, Jason Pennington, that they sub the job to and gave me his card and told me that Jason would contact me later that same day. Jason contacted me in the afternoon and told me that he lived near me and would actually come out to my house for an estimate that night on his way home from another job. I thought that was amazing considering he already put in a days work. Jason's quote for the wood replacement was well below what the other companies quoted me for the carpentry work. Buckeye was not the lowest in price, but close, but I chose them for their high marks on here and the quality attention I got from Bob and Jason. I knew the job would be done right. Jason kept in contact with me to make sure I knew exactly when he would be coming out. I contacted him a few times with questions and he always called me back. He came out to do the wood repair within a week and had a helper with him. The two of them were very proficient in their carpentry work. The wood replacement was installed, caulked, and primed in a few hours. Once completed, Jason asked if I wanted to look at it to make sure I was satisfied. We walked around the house and I found a few nail holes that I wanted caulked a little more, and without hesitation, Jason took care of it. Overall, the carpentry work completed was excellent. A few weeks later, the power washer came out. I cant remember his name, but he was polite, introduced himself to me and explained what he was going to do. Over all, my house was not extremely dirty as I have kept up with power washing the lower portions of it over the years, however once it's was completely power washed, the house looked excellent. I did notice near the very top of the house near the vents for the attic, it appeared to still be dirty. I did not notice this until after the power washer had left. I contacted Bob and let him know my concern and he stated he would have the painters look at it when they were up there on their ladder. Once again, Bob was there to help. A few weeks later, on a Monday, the painters showed up promptly on time. Jorge was the point of contact for the job and he had three other guys with him. It was overcast and started to rain(mist) when they started to set up. Jorge check the weather and gave it some time, but talk to me about it and thought it would be a better idea to come back tomorrow. He stated he did not want the paint to not have enough time to set up before it rained on it. I agreed and he stated he would be back tomorrow at the same time. Jorge and his crew showed up the next day on time and ready to paint. I have a lot of landscaping and Jorge and his crew were very careful not to damage it and late drop cloths over most of it. I mentioned to Jorge about the dirt near the the attic vents that the power washer did not get and he told me he would take a look at it. Jorge asked to walk around my house to have me further explain the job to him and point out any areas of concern. Then the crew got to work. They were very careful to move items like my grill and patio furniture and statues from my deck and continue to use drop cloths. The crew was very proficient and quick, and once the job was completed Jorge asked me to walk around the house with him to look and see if I had any areas of concern. I found one small drop of paint on my roof which was immediately cleaned up. There were also two marks from their ladders on the front of my house, which Jorge sent one of his guys back up there to wipe it clean. He also informed me that the dirt on the house near the attic vents was actually stained on the siding. Other than that, the job was flawless. The trim, gutters, and down spouts looked fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased. Jorge presented me with the invoice. There was minor discrepancy with the bill and Jorge called Katie immediately and she happened to be in the area and personally stopped by my house to handle it. It was simply a miscommunication between myself and Buckeye and was resolved quickly. I was very impressed that Katie stopped by. Overall the job was a success from start to finish. From Bob, to Jason, to the power washer, to Jorge and his crew, and Katie, every person I had contact with at Buckeye was professional, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend this company. Job well done!

The esitimator came back to give us an estimate on the woodwork and helped me select the color for the walls. The crew was professional and hard working. They arrived on time and asked me how long they could work to make sure I didn't have any other plans. They did and excellent job.

They were very punctual and clean. Their price was fair.

Had a few problems that needed to be recoated or touched up after the initial job. They responded quickly and the job was completed to satisfaction. I will call on Buckeye for a bid on my next job.

These guys were great! The crew showed up on the day we expected them to start, and they kindly introduced themselves to me as soon as I came home from work. They explained every step of the process in the amount of detail that's useful to someone who doesn't know the trade and is interested mainly in maintaining their home. They started on a Monday and were supposed to be done by the end of the day Tuesday. They got rained out on a couple days, so they took until the end of the day Friday to finish the job and finish it the right way. The additional time they needed in no way changed the quote I was given a couple months prior. When the job was done, they walked with me around the house to inspect the work and fix any issues I found. I didn't find any issues, so it was a breeze. The clean up job was thorough but not exhaustive. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use them for my next painting project.

We are very pleased with the performance of this provider. The owner, Bob Klem, had advised us while estimating the job, that he had no experience with Restore so his crew would do their best to apply it. We supplied the product, purchasing it from Home Depot. The staff who did the work in October were prompt, pleasant and efficient, spending all their time focused on the work. We were well pleased with the results of their efforts, both on our deck and on the house trim. As indicated above, the product peeled from an area of the deck that had been covered with snow and ice during most of the winter. We contacted a Home Depot rep who agreed to provide additional resurfacer at no cost to us. Bob at Buckeye Painting agreed to reapply it for a nominal labor charge ($150).

It went well. Their sales reps were professional, pleasant and friendly. The painters arrived promptly, got the job done and cleaned up totally when finished.

We are very pleased with the job. We didn't get an estimate but a guaranteed price of the completed job. We are amazed at how much nicer the house looks after the power wash and the new paint. We have had the porch and trim of our house done over the years by different painters. This was the most reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again when we need a paint job. The painter arrived when we were told he would come. He finished the job in one day.

Everything went seamlessly, from the visit and estimate by Bob Klem, to the color coordination visit by Katie, and the actual painting. They were able to match the current exterior trim color of the house even though they use a different brand of paint. The interior crew of Carl and Charlie did a great job in filling nail holes, of which there were quite a few, and repairing wall imperfections and damage, as well as priming where needed. The trim work was accurate and the painting was excellent. No detail was missed. They were professional and friendly, and stayed as long as needed to get the job done. When finished, the rooms were vacuumed, and furniture returned to their original location. Jose and the exterior crew also did an excellent job, from caulking and wood preparation to the finished job. They replaced loose nails in the wood and repaired holes in the wood. They were also professional and courteous, and were also mindful of the plants and shrubbery around the outside of the house. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work done by Buckeye House Painting, and would use them again.

I understand Buckeye Paint was disappointed with the review. Howevee, they had been out twice and I didn't feel I sh old have to contact them again. They contacted me shortly after the review and came out and addressed each one of my concerns politely and thoroughly. If they had done this the first touch up visit, 8 would have given them an overall A. I would consider them for future jobs. THANKS!

I was pleased with the time it took to get an estimate and to be scheduled. I was very happy with the communication by the company and they always let me know the schedule and days they were to work on the project. The only thing I was not happy with was the painter at the conclusion of the project during the walk-through informed me he had his own business and encouraged me to use him for my next painting project.

We needed our entry, hall, great room, bathroom and kitchen painted after we moved into our new home. Katie came out and did an estimate and we were able to have them scheduled for the job pretty quick. The team of painters, led by Byron, showed up early (which was great!) and were ready to go. We had a lot of trim to paint around but it was no problem for these guys. They were able to get 2 coats of paint on and finish the job earlier than anticipated. I even threw them a curve-ball the day of by wanting to change the paint color in the bathroom but they didn't blink an eye and gladly did it. They used quality Sherwin Williams paint, were professional, and I would use them again.

They were great. They had good estimates and came out as scheduled. They did some damage to a brand new roof I had installed and they were really accommodating and paid for the damages. It was kind of a hustle but everything worked out. Everybody was wonderful.

Every part of working with Buckeye was excellent. From working with Katie on the quote and schedule to dealing with the crew once they arrived. They communicated well, always here when they said they would be and very courteous and professional. Communication with scheduling was excellent as we had to work around the rain storms, but they got it done earlier than expected.

We contacted them and Katy responded immediately. She showed up for the estimate exactly on time and gave us a reasonable estimate quickly. She found an opening for the work on a timely basis. Their team showed up right on time and together with a conference call to Katy overcame a color problem generated elsewhere. Their team was friendly and excellent painters. We will definitely use them on our next job. This was an excellent experience.

They were wonderful. They were able to accomodate my schedule in getting the job done quickly. Also the quote I was given was exactly what I was charged, there were no hidden costs which was great. The painters were always on time and did an amazing job considering I picked out very light paint to go over very dark paint which caused some issues at first but they were able to get the light paint to come out perfectly. I will definitely use them again when I am ready to paint other rooms in the house.
