Had 1st Response come out to treat ants recently. Very prompt, extremely communicative and helpful with all of my questions.

Got rid of a yellow-jacket and a hornets nest. They came right at the scheduled time were friendly and professional. Took care of a big hornets nest and helped with a yellow jacket problem. When we called and said we still have a few yellow jackets coming in the house they came back at no extra charge and spent two hours trying to find the source of the problem. They eventually found a solution and our family has been hornet and yellow jacket free ever sense! Highly recommend.

Will definitely use their maintenance service. They are very knowledgeable on what needs to be done.

The job was done a couple weeks ago and I wanted to wait to write a review to see if the application works. So far, so good. Haven't see any ants which is something I haven't been able to say with the previous company. I'm very optimistic about not seeing any ants in the future. What impressed me was when I called to receive an estimate the nice lady I spoke to was extremely knowledgable about how the applications worked and was able to answer all of my questions instead of having me talk to someone else. Good - I signed up for an annual package which includes a spring, summer and fall service.

We signed for 3 treatments. I didn't really check around on price. On responsiveness, they came out when they said they would. They did a good job. They got rid of our bees and so far we haven't seen any insects inside the house. So, they did a good job. They did what they said they'd do and they guarantee their work.

Sean did an outstanding job of getting rid of the nest using a power sprayer. He cleaned up the area as best he could. We will definitely use 1st Response again!

Jay was polite, pleasant, and non-pressuring. Overall, great, except price was a little high, but originally thought that I got another $100 off with Angie's List coupon, but apparently that was already built into the quote.

I called on Friday and we had an appointment set for Monday. Chris was on time and investigated the area of concern. After 5 minutes he went through my options and performed the work. It couldn't have gone any better.

It ranked real high and I've contracted with them. They haven't done the service yet; they'll do it next week. You always want the bid to be lower, but it is what it is. I didn't get any other bids. I don't have time. They were easy to communicate with. They were polite, courteous, and professional; I'd give them an A on all that.
