Description of Work: The technician arrived promptly and informed me of their different options for service. I called the company due to a problem with carpenter bees. After discussing the health and environmental hazards of their product and informing me about their treatment plan, the individual addressed the carpenter bee problem with a powder. I had been fighting the bees with products from the local hardware store without success. Within an hour, the bees visible activity had ceased. I bought into their annual treatment plan after discussing some ant problems in our basement. The price seemed fair, but I didn't have the time to make many comparisons. Overall, I rate the group highly. It's a small business that has great customer service. By coincidence, the technician recognized me from our college days. His quality standards remain the same. Excellent service!

Description of Work: Company was supposed to take care of carpenter bees that showed up every spring. Just a couple of them, but enough to be a nuisance. They did whatever they did, but the bees came back this spring. This might be an issue with organic treatments, and not a problem with the company. I recall the service person telling me that I have to use their services every 90 days, which will translate to $360 for the year! I thought I will wait to see how the treatment worked. I realize that I did not get the result I wanted, thus my disappointment. The gentleman who came to service was nice, polite, etc. No complaints.
