He's just starting out in business. They were courteous and neat. He helped us troubleshoot because we have one garage with no door access so we have a battery pack up system going so we can get in if we lose power. The doors look great. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

In addition to fixing the door, he helped me reset the outside code and answered all my questions about the garage door opener. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his excellent work.

We responded to Angies Big Deal for garage door service. Appointment was made by phone, and service man showed up on time. He was polite and courteous. But the door does not work any better than it did before.

The torsion spring on our garage door broke -- two days before Christmas -- and we couldn't open the door. What's worse, we had a car trapped inside our garage. I called Expert Garage Doors and talked with Angela, who said that although they were booked that day and the next, there would be someone working in the area the next day and she'd see if they could come over after the last service call. Russ showed up at 6:15 p.m. on Christmas Eve after a full slate of other customers that day and got right to work. He replaced the spring and checked over the garage door, oiling the necessary parts (it's been a noisy, rattling thing) and getting everything done in about an hour. Both Angela and Russ were professional and SO very helpful. I can't imagine that many businesses would be willing to come out on a holiday evening, but they were a wonderful example of customer service.

They contacted me promptly and provided a clear explanation of the problem. They scheduled the installation at a time that was convenient to me. The installer was kind enough to call to say that he would be about 30 minutes late and arrived at the new time as promised. He did an excellent job and was even nive enough to give us an extra remote without charge. They were one of the best companies that I have ever delt with and we have done a lot of home remodeling and repaire over the years. They were professional in all dealings and the price was very reasonable.

Everything went quite well. Russ was right on time. Explain what he was going to do. He was open to any questions that I had regarding the maintenance of the garage doors. In the process I've learned on how to be more vigilant and aware of future issued with my garage doors.

It went very well. Russ showed up exactly on time and started right in. He even stayed later than expected when he encountered the problem with the looseness of our door. Overall it was a very good experience and I will continue to use this company's services as needed.

Great. Bought "Big Deal" tune up. Tune up went well but found broken part. Given age of opener, it was more cost effective to replace the unit. The tune up was on Monday December 21 and they were able to get the new opener installed Friday December 24. Everything was done quickly and professionally.

He did a great job and we're really happy we no longer have to get out of the car and manually "help" the door go down.

It went very well, from the original phone call, which resulted in some information being sent, as well as an appointment with Russ Corey to see the situation and decide on a course of action. My 24+ year old wooden garage doors were beginning to show damage from the elements. Russ suggested new steel doors, although he did give me a quote to repair the old doors. I was pleased with the price, and the suggestion that the opener from the one door could be switched to the less often used door (the old opener did not have electric eyes for saftey stops) saving me from having to buy two new openers. We made the deal, and the doors were ready for installation just when he told me that they would be. He arrived promptly, worked diligently, and completed the job--small finishing details--the following day. The new doors are better insulated and much quieter. We could not be more satisfied with both the product and the company. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks about new garage doors.
