+ -1 moreMark the owner took half the money down then was to get the rest on completion. It was only to take a maximum of five days it did not. The job was never completed, The owner Mark Ratchiff was rude to me cussed at me on the phone when I gave them three chances to fix the mistakes that were made. The very simple patio and sidewalk has cracks and you cant even walk on it the texture is so rough. It has dips and in some spots the concrete is only 2 inches thick. they damaged my home and property. He also had a crew that had no idea what they were doing. I felt very taken advantage of. my yard and house is a mess and I still don;t have a safe patio or sidewalk.
