Description of Work: We heard (and felt) a loud thumping whenever the sump pump shut off. They figured out that they could add a strap to a pipe to minimize the vibration. They had one on their truck, attached it. Did the trick and didn't charge me. They have done several major jobs for us in the past and we have been more than satisfied. They came when they said they would. Did what they said they would at a fair price.

+ -1 moreEverything was great. They came out the next day and they dug everything out. The dug up the pipe and they put in new pipe. They redid our landscaping as well. Everything went well, and we were very happy with them.

+ -1 moreMr. Downs determined once work had started that the system was not out of compliance after all. The county documentation was badly out of date. Downs installed the necessary risers and inspection ports and was present during the county inspection.
Description of Work: Summit County determined that the septic system was not in compliance. Downs installed risers and covers, inspection ports, and chlorination system to bring the system up to standard.

+ -1 moreThis is a forever problem due to trees on the property near the sanitary drain. Prior cleanings have been very expensive. Downs uses high pressure water to clear the roots. This was the best experience ever, and I now have a yearly maintenance agreement to take care of the problem.

+ -1 moreTHEY STARTED THE WORK, BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN THE TECHNICIAN SAID THAT HE HAD AN EMERGENCY. HE HAD TO LEAVE AFTER ABOUT 20 MINUTES WHICH WAS FINE, BUT THEY NEVER CAME BACK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN. I HAD USED THEM IN THE PAST WITH GOOD RESULTS, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.
Description of Work: I CALLED THEM TO LOOK AT MY DOWNSPOUT.
