Hired for parking lot line painting. Only had basic spray paint available and non of the proper equipment. Do not recommend for painting.

After contacting Mike, he was able to co mplete sealcoating my driveway within a couple of days. My driveway was in desperate need of repair and it now looks great !!! my asphalt driveway was badly cracked in places from truck traffic over the years, and regular sealcoating jobs in years past failed to seal those cracks, exposing the driveway to further freeze-thaw deterioration....mike and rob came in and proposed two coats to solve that problem, with the 2nd coat half price. that made sense to me so i went with it... since i'm on a dirt road, there was a serious accumulation of mud on parts of the driveway....sealcoaters i've hired in the past failed to get that adequately clean with brooms and blowers, resulting in poor sealant adhesion....but rob came in with a power washer and cleaned the driveway thoroughly before they started, so i know the sealcoat wont fail this time due to residual dirt... but i'm a tough reviewer, and rarely give anyone 5 stars...the reason they get the 5 was their response to a problem completely out of their control...about 3 hours after the first coat, a popup rain storm that formed over Lake Erie washed out part of that job.....they didn't know the damage had been done till they arrived to apply the second coat....but rather than explaining or making excuses, they immediately got out a torch and tools to remove the damaged sections, and re-applied a full first coat on the whole drive....then they came back an extra day to apply the second coat i had that bargained for, with no extra charge for their extra work....that's in sharp contrast to other sealcoaters i've hired in the past, who cut corners at every turn once they were hired.....so next time i need asphalt work, i won't even put out a feeler for other estimates, i'll just call these guys, who i know can do the job right, and if for some reason it isn't, they'll fix it..

I've researched sealcoating for over 14 years... I take great care of my asphalt driveway.. Of the dozens and dozens of outfits I contacted ONLY ONE (1)A Grade Asphalt and Sealcoating. Was the only one who stepped up and took the challenge I wanted (type of material-spray amount-thick coating, ect) . Mike was beyond all my needs and expectations. And now If the world doesn't collapse: A Grade Asphalt and Sealcoating is the ONLY and I mean ONLY service I will use to sealcoat my huge driveway.. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!
