"thanks for the kind words, you were extremely easy to work with, I'[Member Name Removed] happy to read that you appreciate our work and skills."
"I'm sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the results especially the weeds But in all fairness its been a year and as much as I wish I could guarantee that weeds wouldn't return, that's simply impossible and unrealistic to expect. As for the soil in the rockery being all clay that's simply not true, we installed 5 yards of premium topsoil and the plants were planted using a planting mix. Again I'm sorry that this customer wasn't satisfied but also think her expectations were unrealistic."
"Thank you again for your kind words, my crew really enjoys installing rockeries."
"Thank you for the kind review. My crew and I really appreciated the beverages and hospitality. We really enjoyed working with you and we're glad you like your water feature!"
"Thank you for the kind review, my crew and I really enjoyed this project and we're very glad to hear that you're happy with everything."
"Thank you for your review. My crew and I will have a fond memory of this project. The travertine stone was a great choice and we're very happy everything is to your liking. ps, thank you for all the coffee!"
"It was a fun project to do and you were extremely easy to work with. The taxus shrubs hung on for dear life but our stump bucket got the job done. We're happy that you liked our recommendation of installing a rockery and the final results. We appreciated the pizza for dinner when we worked the 12 hour day and the beverages too. We'll see you in the spring and replace any plants that don't make it through winter. While we are booked up for any large projects this season, we do have openings for smaller 1-4 day jobs."
"We're happy to hear that you're enjoying your new landscaping, especially the two rock gardens. You were easy to work with and hopefully you'll have us back in the future."
"thank you for the kind review, we're happy that you're now able to enjoy your yard. I'd like to thank you for opening your beautiful home to my crew and I must say you make some of the best coffee.?"
"Thanks for the kind woods and as always it was a pleasure working for you, we rarely get a chance to see you with your busy schedule when working at your home, but your trust in our skills allows us to complete the job with little contact with you. Unfortunately no matter how skilled the landscaper is, occasionally a new plant will die, but unlike most of my competitors, I actually enforce my guarantees with no excuses, sure it cost money to do so but it keeps our reputation for being honest intact, we take great pride in our reputation."
"Thank you for the kind words, again all I can say is that you're extremely easy/fun to work with and I appreciate you opening your beautiful home to my crew for bathroom privileges. Your home is one of my crews favorite places to work and I'd have to agree, they also appreciate the fact that you have faith in their skills and let them do whatever is needed to enhance your landscape."
"The customer was pleased with the job and paid the balance owed. I did tell the customer that we'd come back and fill any minor low spots if needed. What she doesn't mention in her review is that a week after the job was completed I received a call from the her at 8:30pm she was obviously intoxicated and she accused me of not providing 40 yards of topsoil, she stated that her neighbor told her that our topsoil supplier only delivered one or two loads of topsoil (each delivery was 8 yards) I told her that I could supply delivery receipts showing the actual amount delivered, but she just insisted on getting a full refund. At this point I had enough dealing with an intoxicated person, so I asked to talk to her husband. Well that turned out to be a waste of time since he also seemed intoxicated and invited me to come over so we could "settle this like men", since I had no desire to have a physical conflict with a customer I ended our conversation. I heard nothing from them for about a year until the husband actually had the nerve to call me and ask me to come over and fill in a few low spots. After the previous conversation I certainly had no intentions on returning to this jobsite. As for the lawn being full of rocks and glass, that is simply a lie, we use the same topsoil supplier on all the jobs that call for soil and we have never had a complaint about glass nor rocks. Most of our job reviews on Angie's list call for some topsoil and again there's no complaints about the quality of our topsoil."
"I've been in business for more that 33 years and I have to say you are on of the easiest and certainly one of the nicest customers I've dealt with. From taking the time to actually drive to a subway store to buy lunch for one of my crew members who forgot to bring a lunch, to simply allowing us to have total artistic license as we chose and planted more than 130 perennials and multiple shrubs and trees. And my crew was pleasantly surprised when you showed your appreciation of their skills and hard work by tipping them several times during their time there. We also appreciated you opening your beautiful home to us for bathroom privileges, it was simply a pleasure working at your home."
"thanks for the kind words, you were very easy to work with and again I like to thank you for supplying snacks and drinks for my crew. It was a long process but also fun to watch your once bare backyard turn into a beautiful show piece. It's also nice to here that the wedding festivities went well and our hard work was appreciated."
"It was a small job but you were very easy to work with. Getting your cable line untangled from the roots of the large viburnum was a bit of a challenge but everything went well. Small job or large job, we appreciate the business and hope to be of service to you in the future."
"thanks for the kind words, we always enjoy working at your home, even though you have the biggest doberman we've ever seen.lol As I write this on the 25th of August I just want to state that the final coat of sealant has been applied. :)"
"This was a big renovation of a pond, multiple dump truck loads of decomposing matter and black sludge were hauled. And the smell once we started stirring things up was a bit much at times but my crew just kept at it as usual and finally got it to the point where things were clean and the reconstruction of your pond could begin. Pond renovations are most likely the dirtiest jobs a landscaper can do, but we do a lot of them and we always enjoy seeing the end result. You were extremely easy to work with and we appreciate you opening your home to us for use of you bathroom etc."
"You were extremely easy to work with and I appreciate you opening your beautiful home to my crew so they could use the bathroom etc. Thanks for the kind words and we look forward to being or service in the future."
"We appreciate you giving us artistic license and just letting us do our thing. The transformation your home made even amazed an old pro like me.lol"
