Patton Pest Control

They came when I bought the house four years ago and they were fine. I think they're just a good confident company. They are very timely with their reminders. They do what they say they are going to do. So I guess they are everything that anyone would want from a pest control company. I will use their services again in the future.

We have been very happy with them. Their price is very fair. Whenever we have had any pest problems, they have been very responsive.

They come out quarterly. I spent $108 on their last visit. I have been using them for 10 years or more.

We have a quarterly service, and we pay them quarterly. They remind me when they need to come. I don't have to remember to call them. They call me and say that I'm due for my quarterly service. They schedule an appointment and come out. It works. We have had no problem with them.

I signed up for a year deal for 4 quarterly visits, they were able to get rid of most of the bugs. Although I had a problem with ants throughout my house. They weren't able to keep the ants from coming back.

They come out every quarter to do the service. They are prompt, professional and through but they are overpriced.

They came in early to do the work. The quality of their work was fine. They were responsive.

They inspected everything from top to toe. I received the report in the mail within 2 or 3 days. They were very professional. I called them back because I needed the information before I received their report, so they gave it to me over the telephone. Every one was very courteous. They handled their business in a very good way. They did their job well and were prompt. They went out, they did what they needed to, and kept their appointment.

They have been easy to work with so far. The technician that came out was easy to talk to and professional. If I have problems, they will come out to do another spraying.

We have been very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this company. They did a thorough examination of our home looking for possible points of entrance and then addressed each possibility. They were prompt. The work around the porch was difficult and strenuous, but they did a great job. And they are very pleasant people to work with.

The price is reasonable. I had heard about them from people, and they are local so I looked them up on Angie's list. They had great ratings so I choose them. Once they came and took care of it we didn't have a problem any longer!

We have used them for 2 years. They are excellent and helpful and really good about coming out, and on more than 1 occasion.

They were always on time and very efficient. The approximate cost listed is per quarter.

From what I hear of other pest control services, we were EXTREMELY fortunate in our selection of Patton Pest. In a single application/visit, Patton Pest located the garage nest and the entrances the ants were using to get into our home. The nest was sprayed in the garage and a powder was sent into the openings to the house. This powder was then tracked by the still-living ants wherever they went for the next three days. This slow-acting poison eliminated the entire ant problem. In addition, Patton Pest showed us where to mend the mortar in our bricks so that the openings were sealed from future entries. We cannot say enough good things about this company. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and took care of the problem without trying to sell us any unneeded ''package'' treatments of sprays over a period of time. They even took special care that pets would not be harmed in anyway. Suffice it to say: we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Patton Pest.

They are misleading. I think it is a rip off. Nothing is ensured, and I do not have any idea what kind of ants I have. They are not pleasant on the phone. I have to find another exterminator.

DAN and CREW ARE ALWAYS THOROUGH AND ON THE SPOT.

WE HAVE BEEN USING HIM FOR 3 YEARS. I DID NOT LIKE HIS ATTITUDE AND I FEEL THAT THE SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN.

THE FIRST TECH WAS GREAT AND EXPLAINED THINGS WELL. THE SECOND TECH DID NOT SET TRAP - ONLY SPRAYED NEST AND ONLY KEPT THEM FROM THAT AREA ONLY.. CALLED AND DID NOT WANT THE SECOND TECH; ARGUED WITH THE FACT THAT MEMBER DID NOT LIKE THE JOB OF THE SECOND TECH. DID NOT CHARGE ME DUE TO RUDENESS. THE FOLLOW-THROUGH IS POOR.

IM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEY DO GOOD WORK

VERY THOROUGH. PATIENTLY AND COMPLETELY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCTS USED.

WE HAVE HAD A CONTRACT WITH PATTON TO TREAT OUR HOME EVERY QUARTER FOR 3 YEARS. THEY ARE WONDERFUL! THEY CALL US TO SCHEDULE THE TREATMENT. THEY WILL ALSO COME BACK OUT IN BETWEEN SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE, AS WELL AS OUR TECHNICIAN ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALSO DO NOT ENGAGE IN HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS.

CHRIS HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. HE EVEN CAME AT 7 AM SO I COULD MAKE IT TO WORK ON TIME.

OUTDOOR BEE EXTERMINATION. TIMELY FOR APPOINTMENTS - DID A GOOD JOB AT A FAIR PRICE.

MEMBER CALLED AND GOT PRICES AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL HER BACK TO DISCUSS APPOINTMENT- NEVER CALLED BACK SO SHE USED SOMEONE ELSE.
