Description of Work: I advised them in advance, that our windows in the front were damaged and to take care around them. They said they would put it on the order. If I had them do the roof again I would not want them to do the power wash on the windows. I cannot say with absolute certainty, but I believe the power settings will cause damage to window seals.

Description of Work: Have used them twice. The last time they pressure washed our house siding, roof, deck and driveway. The $1500 figure is a guess. I had used others before PPW, and there is no comparison. We first used them for our deck and driveway wash. They did an outstanding job. I didn't bother to get bids for the last job. We just hired them.

This is hard review to write because of the mixed messages received between the owner and the salesperson. | |The owner said that he will change his billing and sales practices and I will be calling this winter to see if that has happened. Our local television station has expressed interest in their sales approach.

Description of Work: I don't remember when,I think it was a couple of years ago.they needed my amex card # to set the appt, then after work was just ran the card...I had wanted to pay by check....they seemed very pushy.I don't think I would use them again...the process did'nt really make much of a difference to the appearance of my home so as far as I was concerned it was a big waste of a guite a bit of money
