Calvetta Brothers Floor Show - Macedonia

My husband and I went to the showroom to check out our options for replacing the flooring on our basement steps. Part of the flooring was originial to our 1920s house and was peeling. Part had been laid in the 1950s. We were shown a variety of options from carpet to linoleum and given the pros and cons of both. We took samples home and decided on the linoleum. The person who laid the flooring was careful to match the patterns on the steps so the look has an unbroken pattern from top to bottom. It looks gorgeous.

Excellent. Chad is easy to work with. They use all in house workers--no subcontractors. Punctual and professional. Calvetta Brothers will be doing another large project for me later this fall.

Excellent experience! We went to showroom and brought some sample tiles home to check colors etc. Chad came out to measure, we received a quote promptly after and then we scheduled the work. We went to their store and they came to our home with some samples. It took them a full day to complete the job. The installation and clean up was perfect.

The process, because of the different treatments, was over an extended period of time but I appreciated how they continued to work with me, were responsive to my calls when I was uncertain of the schedule, and the end product. John showed me quality carpet at a moderate price. He did not try to force the expensive brands on me. I am very happy with the look of both rooms!!

Steve Calvetta arrived for the measure, after I visited the showroom in Mentor to review the many choices they have in flooring. Steve is really helpful and has great suggestions and information to make the process easier and really made me feel comfortable using Calvetta Flooring. I especially like that they stand behind the product; and stand behind the work installers do for Steve. He provided a certificate of insurance that I requested, and Steve sent detailed emails explaining cost breakdowns, discounts for paying cash/check. He also kept me informed of any delays. Steve's assessment the job would take about 3 days maximum, but it took 4 days. He provided referrals upon my request, and I was pleased with the answers I received. The installers were very proficient, and were very careful to do no harm to the flooring and my home.In the middle of the job, I made a small change to include trim to a small entry area, and he was happy to include it and provide the additional cost. When there was a flaw in the installed wood that I did not like, Steve quickly remedied the problem, stood behind the product and the installer and provided all that was necessary to make me happy. When I am ready to replace the carpet in the master bedroom, I will not hesitate to call Steve Calvetta. Thanks Steve and your installers!!! The salesman at the store was very helpful. He listened to our needs and steered us to a durable carpet that was stain resistant and on sale. We borrowed multiple swatches to take home. When we made our decision, the ordering process went smoothly. The estimated installation date was right on target. The installers were courteous and professional and did an excellent job.

This was hands-down the best service-provider experience I had when getting my newly purchased condo ready for move-in. Chad from Calvetta was courteous and helpful when I came into the store and asked for a speedy install. He worked with me to get a great carpet installation completed before my furniture arrived. From start to finish the process was highly professional, including follow-up calls and confirmations. The new carpet looks fantastic and is smooth as glass - no buckles, bubbles or debris to be found. The installers were highly professional, arrived a few minutes early, and finished well ahead of the expected time frame. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for new flooring!

Showroom help, timeliness, quality, and professionalism was wonderful.

Calvetta brothers did do a good job on my floors. However, they left the outside of my house full of sawdust. They did not clean up after themselves at all!

The quote process was surprising as one of the owners themselves (Jason) came out to do the measurements and quote. I was a nice touch and shows that they care about their business. Their quote was very detailed and complete, and after I got another quote from another company, I found it to be more than competitive. The install days went well and the installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They stayed late to finish the job on time, and cleaned up after they were done. I am very happy that I chose them to do the work.

We had a badly damaged ceiling and floor as a result of a leak in the structure of the adjacent flat roof. Calvetta responded promptly to my request for estimates for carpet replacement, removal and restoration of damaged ceiling, and removal of old flat roof, repair of underlying structure. Project came in on budget, and the company did an excellent job scheduling sequential stages of the repairs. Anthony Dejohn was very responsive whenever I called with a question. All of the staff who worked on the project were pleasant and professional. The only issue we had was a delay in the roofer for one follow up issue, because he was very busy and the weather was difficult. I would certainly hire the company for future work on our 100 year old historically registered home.

Excellent experience in showroom with one of owners-clearly explained pros and cons of options, materials, installation details. Cost estimate was better than that of another prominent local installer. Good followup after installation ordered in terms of appointment, details, etc. Installer arrived on time and did an excellent job as well as good cleanup. Very satisfied with work and plan on using again.

I got estimates from 3 flooring companies to take out our 20 year old kitchen vinyl floor and replace it with new vinyl. The labor cost at Calvetta Brothers were the most reasonable. We plan to put our house on the market ,so I didn't want to spend a whole lot, but wanted it to look better. The salesman was helpful in directing me to mid range priced vinyls I had a few follow up questions that were answered quickly.. Mike installed the floor today. I'm not thrilled with my choice, but that's not his fault! The floor installation looks good. He was knowledgeable, nice, and cleaned up well. I'm very pleased..

The roof cleaning went smoothly and quickly. They came with their truck with the necessary cleaning agents and proceeded, with one worker on roof and one watching for any problems. A GREAT combo - which increases anyones confidence.

The carpeting was great. It took forever to install but it's nice. Everybody was really courteous from the person who quoted to the installers. The rep helped us pick the right carpet for our decor & he was really good with colors.

They were very courteous. They did a fantastic job. There was a long piece of material left over and he actually seamed the edges for us and we have that in the hallway. It is about a 4x10 piece so it is almost like a runner. He didn't charge us for that. They said they would be here at 8 am and they were here 15 minutes before that. They were fantastic. They were above board. We would recommend them. My wife wants a new rug for the bedroom so we are going to call them again to do it.

Everyday somebody from management was on the job checking out and making sure everyone was OK. They were timely and they took care of everything. They were wonderful. They just took care of the entire job without any glitches. They cleaned up and were polite. I couldn't have had a better experience.
