Rolling Thunder Window, Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing

This was just a few days ago, but so far looks very good!

Rick was very responsive to all of my questions. The 3 other prices I got he beat significantly, under 300 for a 2200 sq ft house. Other quotes were 400-600. He told me they guarantee their work, and would come do it again if I wasn't satisfied. Doesn't need to do it twice when they do it right the first time! They did a great job! He told me when he'd be there, I knew the price going in and when it was going to be done. I was driving down our street that evening and literally thought our house was shining! It was sparkling clean. We live by the highway and get lots of dirt and dust, and lots of spiders. All were completely gone, the siding was great. I've had other landscapers and contractors step on plants, damage siding etc, and nothing was disturbed around our home. The house was clean and there were no issues. He then followed up after the job to ensure I was satisfied with it. A lot of contractors are unresponsive and only want to job to get your money. Rick was concerned with the quality of the job and the satisfaction of the customer. I will definitely use his service again. Thanks Rick!

I have had Rolling Thunder before for window cleaning, but this was the first time I had used them for power washing. They were (and have always been) great! My front step no longer has the green algae on it and my windows sparkle. This is a great company to work with.

Rick and Louis were phenomenal. They did a terrific job and even fixed a problem I had with my gutters free of charge. I will definitely use them again.

Rick and his partner showed up on time and started cleaning the gutters. They found 3 downspouts plugged and cleaned them out. However, downspouts were not flushed with water. Washed the outside windows with brush and DI water. No Streaks! Inside windows were washed with solution and squeegee. No Streaks! My wife found a couple of screens with black spots on them, They were not fully cleaned. Also, noticed some windows were still wet and dripping on the outside of window onto sill causing a some dirt spots. Overall, satisfied with performance.

I was able to schedule outdoor window washing with Rick through text messaging which was very convenient. After they washed the outside windows, I washed the inside. They were spotless on the outside. They did a fantastic job. We were very pleased. For the price, we have 36 windows on a two-story house, so it was reasonable.

Will add to this report if there are any issues after several rains/storms but was handled professionally so far.

After I called for a quote, Rick came out to the house within a day to provide a quote. Once we decided on Rolling Thunder, they were able to start the job within the next week. Rick and two other individuals came to the house to do the work. One side of our house was very bad with dirt/algea and they did a great job to remove it. Overall, very happy with the work performed. The company was very responsive, punctual (even texting me an hour before their arrival), the quality of work was very good and the price was reasonable. We will use them for future jobs.

The provider arrived at our house at the time agreed upon. He cleaned the outsides of all the windows of our very tall house. He worked for approximately three hours. When he was finished, the windows, which had not been cleaned in at least 23 years, sparkled like new. He was very careful not to damage trees and shrubs that are growing just a few feet from the house.

Rick was very professional to deal with and and was quick to contact me and keep me posted as to scheduling. He arrived on time and was very neat and unobtrusive. He did and excellent job of cleaning all of the windows. And even did the skylight in the bathroom, which we didn't expect.

Rick and this company are excellent. We had wet carpet in the basement due to a clogged gutter above a downspout. He answered the phone right away, came right out, showed us what caused the issue, and took care of the blockage. A previous company we contacted about cleaning our gutters said they would remove the gutter covers but not replace them. Then they wanted to sell us new ones. Rick had no problem cleaning under our existing gutter covers. We asked for a quote to clean windows and he came out in a couple days and did a great job. Great prices and service. Highly recommend.

It was great. There were no problems and issues. They came right away and took care of it. They left us an invoice. We were happy. I thought the price was reasonable. I'm willing to pay more. Both times, he got here so fast.

Rick cleaned our gutters and windows earlier this year after moving into a new house. He identified a couple broken downspouts and replaced them and even cleared some misc debris off the roof. His prices were a little high but fair considering how well he does the work. It was a no brainer to call him back in the fall. He communicated well and came as promised. We expect to keep using Rick with Rolling Thunder Window & Gutter Cleaning to keep our gutters clear!
