Rolling Thunder Window, Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing

It went very well! Rick Winrod is professional, thorough and positive. He arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. The windows sparkle. We will use him again.

Rick Winrod promptly responded to my telephone call. He told me in advance how much the repair would cost, went right to work, removed the bird's nest from the gutter and even put a patch in the screening to prevent the problem from reoccurring.

Excellent work! The windows sparkled when he was finished. Our screens are difficult to remove, but Rick took his time and re-installed them with no damage (Other window cleaners we had previously hired had damaged several screens.). He was very neat. As a favor, Rick came back to help us with a small problem with a window (not caused by him)and fixed it quickly. We definitely would hire him again.

They were great. I have used them before and every time they have done a great job. I will use them again when needed.

I contacted Rick by email. His response was fast and within a few days I received separate estimates for the windows and gutters. A discount was offered if I accepted both estimates. I thought $140 + tax for both was reasonable. He gave me advance notice of when he was going to do the work. Said I could leave a check or mail it, whatever was convenient for me. Good communications. When I pulled into my driveway that afternoon, I could see the shine on the windows. I was also pleased that he didn't damage any of the plants or leave any debris or litter behind.

Al was very professional. He came out as soon as the weather broke. He cleaned the gutters even though it was getting dark outside. Also, even though I did not request he do so, he also cleaned additional windows at no additional cost. I would definitely use him again!

One of the seams of the gutters was broken and had come apart with water dripping down, which he also repaired for nothing!

We called Rick for an appointment and he was able to fit us in within a week. He came out on a Saturday morning for a quote. It was $125, and I asked him when he could do the job. He said ''Now?'' Over the next hour, he carefully cleaned all of my gutters. Of the built-up leaves and debris from the autumn season. My house is over 3 stories tall with multiple roofs, so getting around up there as quickly as he did was impressive. The job he did was fantastic. All the gutters are clean, and the downspouts are clear to the ground. I am a very satisfied customer. I'm on his callback list for future appointments.

Rick did a terrific job of cleaning our gutters. Although we are listed outside of his zone, he made arrangements over the phone, estimated on a drive-by, and promptly took care of our clogged gutters. We will definitely use his services again.

Initially we were unhappy with the job that was done but after talking on the phone with Rick he came back out and cleaned off more of the leaves that were still on some of the gutters by the garage. He offered to not charge us but I was so impressed that he took the time to come back and make the job right that I paid him more than his charge. Rick could not have been nicer or more professional!

Rick has been a complete professional. He checks with us via email before hand to confirm the appropriate date to clean the windows. He then arrives as scheduled with his equipment and does a great job. We are spoiled now having clear views from every room in the house every day! He has also spotted small issues that we needed to repair in the gutters and roof and has helped in getting these corrected. I give him 11 stars out of 10!

Rick was excellent. I called him after attempting to contact a different company for three days with no response. Rick called me immediately and was at my house within one hour! I was not at home and he still offered to clean all gutters and downspouts and left me an invoice to mail payment back. What a convenience that was. My gutters stopped overflowing and drain perfectly. Thanks.

Rick Winrod performed the window cleaning service and did a very professional job, including wiping the frames of the outside windows after washing them. He was very polite and efficient, and we feel the price was very fair. Excellent Work. Rick left my property completely clean of all debris, and he was careful on my new roof. He discovered one downspout that was completely clogged and brought it to my attention after he cleaned it. I was also impressed that he came out on New Years Eve. I had originally contacted him just before the snow started and he kept his commitment to clean my gutters when the weather broke. He even called me the night before he came out to inform me he was coming. Very professional job and Rick was very friendly.

I HAVE SEVERAL WINDOWS AND IT IS NOT EASY TO CLEAN THESE. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE GUY WHO COMES OUT, HE IS JUST GREAT.
