Rolling Thunder Window, Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing

Rick was fabulous. Gave written estimate came out when agreed to at the exact time the job took as long as he said and the windows screens and chandelier are spotless. Very friendly professional did the work himself. Will use again for sure.

I've had Rick clear the gutters on my house for several years now, and in preparation for the sale of said house, I decided to have Rick clean the exterior windows as well. He did a fantastic job, I've never seen the windows that clean since I've lived there. Rick came out, took a couple of hours and worked methodically around the house cleaning every window. It's important to note that the house is over 3 stories tall in places, and has walls of windows (9 full sliding glass doors, twice as many regular windows). This wasn't an easy job, but Rick did it quickly, quietly, and professionally.

Rick arrived on time and ready to get rolling immediately. The entire job took about 5 hours and I was very pleased with how well he took care of my home, my windows, and my screens. I am very impressed with the professional nature and quality of service. I highly recommend Rolling Thunder - very professional and very affordable!

Rick did an excellent job. He is very careful not to bend any of my roof shingles in the corners where leaves accumulate. I get a lot of leaves in my gutters from the trees in my yard. The gutters are thoroughly cleaned. I have asked Rick to come out each year and he is very prompt. He also does not walk my roof when it is too cold and there is a chance that the shingles will crack. Rick is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend him.

He is wonderful. I have referred him to many people and they have all been very happy with him. Rick did a fantastic job. Cleaned the windows (inside and out) and screens thoroughly with no damage. The screens are very difficult to get out and then back in., and he did it without problems or complaint. Rick also, without being asked, checked the gutters to see if there was any debris to be removed. Very professional, neat, and thorough.

The decorator was excellent, very thorough and punctual. He was also very quick and the price was reasonable. They did a great job and I was very pleased with it.

I called Rick late in the season-November. He was busy with gutter cleaning but was able to work me in. He was very flexible in scheduling the cleaning. He was on time and worked until the job was complete. It took approximately 2 and 1/2 hours. Very professional and thorough!

I called and they came out promptly the next day. Even though I was outside of their service area, he still came out. He gave me the estimate on the spot, which I found to be very reasonable, so I had him start job immediately. He was very thorough and polite. The work was very well done.

I couldn't be more pleased with Rick's quick response and fast service to clean my gutters. I spoke to him briefly on the phone, sent him an email requesting a quote for gutter cleaning and within less than 24 hours he got back to me with a quote and even started and finished the job! With that kind of customer service and quick response I would recommend him highly....and he did a fantastic job too!

Rick stopped by the house and left an estimate in the mailbox. I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 weeks (which was in the time frame I had requested). He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. We discussed the job to be performed and was very courteous as to where he would be and to make sure he was not in the way. We were a little short on time but he made sure he was finished with the interior and screens in ample amount of time. When the job was completed he left an invoice in the mailbox. Overall, I was very impressed with his work and would definitely hire him in the future.

Fantastic as usual -- due to the quick onset of winter weather, Rick had a back log of houses to get to, but he didn't forget about us. He arrived one (cold) day, got up on the roof, and proceeded to work his way around the perimeter, cleaning the built-up leaves out of the gutters. He even went to the chimney and cleaned some debris that had caught up in the top of it. He sent us the bill by email, and was great at communicating by email or by phone. Once again, a great job!

This is the second year I used the Holiday Decorating Services of Rolling Thunder. I told Mr. Winrod what it was I wanted and he provided me with a reasonable quote, and a prompt time frame in which he could complete the job. He was timely, efficient, and provided the highest quality customer service. If you happen to encounter a problem as I did with my outside electrical plugs, (no fault of his) he will stick with the problem until it is resolved. He does an excellent job putting up the lights and taking them down and boxing them for the customer. Other households in my neighborhood use his services and you can recognize the care in which he decorates all the homes he provides service to. I recommend Rolling Thunder Window and Gutter Cleaning with the highest confident that they will provide you with a quality job and a beautifully decorated home! He also does a great job cleaning windows.

Mr. Winrod was punctual in his quote, accommodating in his scheduling time, reasonable in his price and his work ethics were excellent. He did a very thorough job and we were very comfortable having him in our home. We will use him again regularly for this annual fall task!

Rick was professional, punctual, careful and the windows just sparkled. Because we were having some work done on the outside of the house, he was kind enough to do the job in two separate visits and was very mindful of the fact that we were expecting visitors and wanted the job completed by a specific date. He did not accept payment until the job was completed. Although his price was higher than another estimate I had received, I would certainly hire him again. I was very pleased with his work, his manner, his thoughtfulness.
