Rolling Thunder Window, Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing

They were great. I had no problem over the winter with icicles or ice filling up in the gutter. The demeanor was very good. He reminded me it needed to be done. His record keeping and follow up in excellent.

I called Rick to schedule a window cleaning and he had an opening that fit my schedule (less than a week from my call). We had to make a last minute schedule change due to the weather but Rick came out later that day right on time. He got right to work and did a great job. Will def. use again.

Rick communicated with us well. Came and gave us an estimate (which we felt was more than a fair price for all the work involved). He arrived on time well prepared. He was professional, friendly and polite. The quality of his work was outstanding and we will use his services every time we need window cleaning in the future. This was our first experience with Angie's List and it did not disappoint. An excellent experience!

I sent Rick an email on 12/4. He responded on 12/5 - said he could do the work within a week. He called 12/7 at 4 PM and asked if he could do the gutters at this time & he did clean them.

Rick has cleaned the gutters and windows of our 2-story, detached cluster condominium units for each of the four years that I have served as an association board member. Rick completes the work in a timely, conscientious, manner. By now he knows the siding, windows, and rooftops of our homes better then we do and has even alerted us to maintenance issues that need to be addressed. I would recommend Rolling Thunder to any business, association, or individual homeowner.

Window are spotless, even wiped the frames. All debris was cleaned off walk ways and gutters bagged and removed. Very polite & easy to work with.

Very friendly and professional. Great fast job on gutter cleaning. Doesn't normally caulk windows but we needed the help with the high windows and he did a great job. Price was awesome!

I called Rick for an estimate. The cost was so reasonable I called him back and asked he do the work. I told him he could do it on a day that fit into his schedule and the weather was better. He indicated that he should have some time that day and even though it was pouring down rain, he would still do the work. He arrived when he said he would. I felt bad for him because the rain was pouring down but he went to work like the professional he is. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use him again in the future!

I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of calling. Arrived on time and did a very good job. He wears the "booties" over his shoes to keep from tracking in any dirt! I like that attention to detail and caring. I use Rolling Thunder every year--actually twice per year!

I have used Rick in the past for holiday decorating so I knew the type of professional provider I was getting. I did not know he did gutter cleaning until I noticed his listing on Angie's List. I e-mailed Rick on Thursday 6/23 and he was here to do the work on Monday 6/27. Of course, and as expected, he did a fabulous and efficient job and provided us with complete satisfaction!!! Amazing! I will always recommend Rolling Thunder to anyone in need of their services. As stated above, we were in a muddy situation b/c rain water was gathering in our basement water well and pouring into our basement - mud and worms included! When I went outside to explore I saw water just pouring from our roof (we have had lots of heavy rain over the past 2 weeks). It appeared that our gutters were very clogged. After joining Angie's List and researching some companies, I called Rolling Thunder late morning and explained our situation, fully expecting them to come in a few days. Well, Rick was working on our gutters that same afternoon! In the pouring rain with heavy winds! He was very thorough and very neat. When he came to the door in the pouring rain, he was drenched from head to foot, wearing a smile! He suggested that we get our gutters cleaned at least annually and he was not in the least bit pushy, which is why I readily agreed to be added to his list to have our gutters cleaned every fall. Rolling Thunder provides high quality services at very reasonable prices and with a smile!

We have a 160 year old 2 1/2 story home. Some of the gutters are over 20 feet off the ground. Rick came out and gave us a quote before Christmas and said he would do the job whenever the weather improved. He came on January 3rd and did an excellent job. I will definitely use him again.

I have used him for several years and have always been pleased. He is prompt returning calls and arrives when he says he is going to. He is very polite and professional. He does an excellent job. He wastes no time, works constantly until he is finished. He arrived about noon and worked until after 8:30 PM to finish with no breaks. We will definitely use him again next spring/summer.

Rick (owner), Has installed Christmas holiday lights outside my home for the past 3 years. Thanks to Angie's List, we were able to find the excellent services offered by Rolling Thunder Window Cleaning. We have a two-story home with many large windows (especially on the second floor). I'm not quite sure how Rick Winrod (the owner) is able to clean all of our windows with such great results, even in the middle of winter. He also cleans out the gutters and makes sure that all of the debris is removed from the area where he is working. My husband and I are more than satisifed with Rick's services, and more importantly, his professionalism. The cost for the services performed is well worth every dollar spent. Lastly, I love coming home to shiny, clean windows!
