Rolling Thunder Window, Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing

It went great. Rick was a pleasure to work with, a guy who really loves his job and takes pride in his work. Very courteous and considerate. He did a great job, the windows look brand new. When he missed a spot or left a streak, he would return to it until it was gone. Some of the paint around one of the smoke alarms that he changed the battery on had chipped off and I really appreciated Rick offering to touch it up, which he did perfectly. Highly recommended, will use him again next year.

Went great! No complaints. Rick did a great job. My gutters and house looked much, much better when he left. Very personable and patient guy. He explained what he did, when the gutters should be cleaned again (because I live in an area with a lot of trees), and he even trimmed some branches from a tree that was touching the front of my house and obstructing the gutters there. We got water in the basement and suspected the gutters possibly could be blamed. Rick was very professional and sympathetic. He went out of his way to make room in his schedule to do our house before it rained. He came at 6:00 on a Friday to achieve this.

Rick (the owner) was very accommodating, and managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule by doing this job on a Saturday. He worked quickly and was very attentive to detail. I am still amazed at what a difference there is in my view of the great outdoors now! Rick seems to really enjoy his job, and it shows in the results. I highly recommend his services.

This is the second time I have used Rick Winrod at Rolling Thunder Window Cleaning and everything was done to perfection. My roof is very high and my house is very difficult to work on because of a lot of storage, due to my son's divorce that hinders access to a lot of the windows. Rick did not make an issue of this and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use him again every year for both my windows and gutters.

Rolling Thunder did an excellent job cleaning our windows, both inside and out. Rick was professional and thorough. His final cost matched the estimate, and he arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment. We were extremely pleased with his work and would definitely hire him again. In the past month I have had Rick clean my gutters and all the windows, screens and skylights in our home. Spending hours and hours d*** this job myself is not appealing to me at all. In fact, I feel it is my duty to call Rick when I can barely see out of the windows for all the dirt. He tells me that he loves his work and it is obvious in the degree of professionalism and the pride he shows in doing it well. He does an amazing job and I am grateful that I have found someone to take this burden from me.

They cleaned my gutters and ran water down the downspouts to make sure that they were clear. I really liked the fact that I was able to talk to a live person within 24 hours and able to discuss what I needed done.

Rich was on time as always - was in every room and outside cleaning windows. He's always polite and cheerful. The clean up was perfect too. We've used his services before and will again.

He returned my phone call promptly and gave an estimate within 2 days. He showed up on time and did a decent job. We plan to use him again in the future.

Rick arrived at the agreed upon time,wore shoe coverings while in the house. He brought all supplies needed and worked for several hours without taking a break. I have several windows which have storm windows attached so it is like washing two windows for every one. He cleaned all sides and returned them to their respective places. He had ladders with him so he was able to clean the gutters which was an add-on task. Since Rick works alone it does take a lot of time and every once in a while I will find an missed water trail, but over all I like his work and him personally. I now call him at least twice a year and have for the past few years.

We were extremely pleased with the work and have asked to be put on a list of regular customers for twice yearly cleaning. Rick is pleasant and professional -- communicating both by phone and e-mail. His work is meticulous and we felt that the price was very fair for the amount of time he spent on our job. In the future I have asked him to do the interiors and screens of all the windows in the house -- the only reason I didn't ask him to do it this time is that our former window cleaning service tended to be somewhat messy (drips) indoors. I have already referred Rolling Thunder to my neighbor who has a solarium/greenhouse addition to his house.

Work took between 3 and 4 hours, windows and screens came out very clean. Windows had not been cleaned in several years and the exteriors were very dirty, Rolling Thunder had the tools and expertise to get the job done with great results.

He was quick, efficient and restored everything to it's original place. We will use him again.

The service went great. I liked that he was professional, timely, fairly priced, and does a thorough job.

They are more expensive than somebody else but they returned my call that day and the person came out for 5 days to do the job. He introduce himself and he provided to show us their insurance, liabilities and other people opinions. He did the job all my himself, it's clean and he didn't leave a mess.

I couldn't be happier. First of all, Rick responded immediately to my inquiry, and then when I confirmed to go ahead with the service, he confirmed that in reply by email, and also confirmed by phone on the day he was coming. He was friendly and polite, prompt ,and provided great service. He even completed our service on a Sunday afternoon, less than 48 hours after my first inquiry. We will definitely use his services and again and would highly recommend.

The whole experience was excellent. Rick told me he would contact me in the next week or so with a specific date and texted me over the weekend with an open spot (result of a cancelation). I was happy to take it today. The windows look great, he cleaned up very well and the gutters are clean too. I will definitely use him again. I love it when things go this well!
