I have used the window washing service twice each year for several years now and have been totally pleased with the work of Rick Winrod, owner of Rolling Thunder. The quality and professionalism he exhibits are excellent. His prices are very reasonable. He recently added house power washing to his business, so I engaged his service for that. Again, the quality, professionalism and price are excellent. I would have no reservation in recommending Rolling Thunder to anyone.

Rolling Thunder did a really nice job cleaning our windows. Rick Winrod is very professional and diligent and we?ll use him again. We also asked Rick for a gutter-cleaning estimate. When he came by to look at the house, he noticed that some of the gutters were so clogged that we could suffer some serious water backup problems (our former gutter cleaning service had let us down). Knowing that he wouldn?t be able to make it out again soon enough, he went ahead and cleaned out the worst areas. He sent us a bill, but made it clear that we didn?t have to pay it since he did not have prior authorization. Of course we paid it and thanked him for his initiative. I don't think you'll go wrong with Rolling Thunder.

Rick arrived as scheduled and proceeded to work immediately. He was very professional in every way. The windows and screens were cleaned well and he was very careful moving and replacing furniture. I would certainly recommend him and plan to use his services again in the future.

Rick was very quick to respond to my inquiry for an estimate for gutter cleaning services and his availability. Backed up gutters were causing foundation problems, and he made it out the next day. I hadn't realized he also did windows, so while he had his ladder out, I asked if he wouldn't mind also doing my picture window and then he volunteered to clean my very dirty chandelier. He was prompt, courteous and professional and I recommend working with him.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Rolling Thunder Window Cleaning. Rick was very courteous and responsive from the very first phone call. He was very accomodating around our vacation schedule when setting up a time and date for him to come. Rick was very respectful of our home and very careful with our belongings. Any potential issues with our windows that he saw during his cleaning we were notified about right away. Rick even saw a wasps nest in our roof line while he was cleaning the upstairs windows and showed us where it was. When we found we didn't have the right insecticide for wasps, he went out to his truck and got his own and sprayed the nest down himself. Rick handled cleaning the inside windows and his partner did the outside. His partner even viewed our windows magnified through his phone and found a couple of small spots he had missed on one of the larger windows and redid it. In the past we hired a different window cleaning company and I can't even compare the two, Rolling Thunder spent twice as much time as our prior company and did a 10x better job. Rolling Thunder will be the only window cleaning company I use in the future.

Rolling Thunder Window & Gutter Cleaning is easy to work with and I've used them for years. Since no one needs to be home when they're doing the exterior work, I just email Rick listing the service that's needed. They take care of it within a few days. They always clean up and remove the debris that's been cleared from the gutters and downspouts. The windows look great when they're done. Rolling Thunder has added pressure washing and roof cleaning to their list of services. I'll be hiring them for a roof cleaning and will write a review.

Rick was very responsive to our request and scheduled the gutter cleaning at relatively short notice. He arrived as promised and completed the work in an expeditious and efficient manner at a fair price. All the gutters were cleaned and the debris was placed in a bucket, with nothing remaining on the ground or on the property. I was very satisfied overall and would certainly recommend Rick to anyone needing gutter cleaning. He is a very courteous and professional individual and I'm glad we used Angie's List in choosing to hire Rolling Thunder Widow Cleaning to perform the work. We have used Rick for many years on the windows and always fabulous work. We expanded this year with him power washing a section of our roof, cleaned the gutters, power washed the deck and patio and sealed the patio. Everything was great with one exception. Original seal for patio did not react well to the concrete. Rick at his own expense removed the one sealer and applied a new one that made the patio look like it did when we installed the pressed concrete, returning hue! Fabulous job and very pleased with his correction and promptness. Truly customer service! Rick is a first class person and worker! Highly recommend him.

Rolling Thunder Window Cleaning was great! Rick was very responsive, quick to provide a quote, and able to schedule in the near term. It was just him performing the work. He was methodical and precise. We have used other window cleaners that have left drips on the window frame or streaks. Not Rolling Thunder Window cleaning! He did a great job cleaning the windows (even hard to reach second story windows) and cleaned up after himself well. He also used booties indoors to keep floors clean, which was appreciated. He was very polite and punctual as well. I would definitely recommend to a friend or neighbor.

Rick came out and gave us a written estimate after he had a chance to walk around the house and inspect the house. About a week later he contacted me to say when he'd be out. He showed up when promised and got right to work. I asked him about one of my down spout extensions which he confirmed was cracked. He also found another broken gutter. He said he'd be back to get those fixed and he should be out soon to do those small repairs. He came back a week later and fixed the gutters, everything looks perfect.

Mr. Winrod is a courteous, punctual and trustworthy professional. This is the 3rd time we have used him to clean our windows (inside, outside and screens.) He responded to my request for an appointment within hours and promptly scheduled my service. He confirmed his arrival several days ahead of time and arrived on time. He wears booties inside the home and works quietly, thoroughly and quickly. We are beyond pleased with his services and plan to hire again in the future. I have recommended him to many neighbors.

This company is very reasonable as far as cost and has stayed the same all these years. I have recommended this company to other people. We have a lot of flooding and when we have big storms we need gutters cleaned quickly and he responds quickly. I can't say enough good things about this company. He is super reliable and he sends 4 greeting cards per year.
