Quality Sprinkling Systems

no show on day of service.

I am rarely motivated to write reviews but this company deserves a bad review.  I asked them to inspect and repair a sprinkler system.  A tech showed up inspected the system claimed he could not locate a valve.  left and said they would follow up.  They did not follow up and the system was not repaired but I was billed over $200 for a service call.  When I call ed to ask them to return to fix the problem, they told me they would have to be billed again.  When I indicated I would not pay them for the first service call since the problem was not fixed their "owner" decided he di not want problems and  that they would no longer provide any services to me.  They provided bad service, would not stand behind their work and were generally unprofessional.  Do not use this company.

I am shocked by the negative review below. I have been utilizing their services for SIX YEARS. Their receptionist has never been anything but pleasant and extremely helpful. I don't have to schedule my start up/backflow testing and shut down every year. They send out a post card with a pre arranged time and date, which I can change if not convenient. If I have a problem with the system, someone is out to the house within a day or two, even during their busiest times. Their technicians are extremely professional and personable. My sprinkler system control box is in my basement. The technicians always put on shoe covers, or remove their shoes if they are mud covered. If there has been an issue with the system that a tech couldn't identify, a supervisor was sent out very quickly to resolve the problem. If I couldn't be home during their quickest availability, I have left a key for them to enter the house when I am not home....that's how much I trust their entire staff. I initially didn't realize that they worked on drainage issues. I have had a water issue on the side of my home since I moved in 6 years ago. I have had more than one dozen different people/companies out to try and figure out the root cause of the water problem. A landscaper was going to charge me upwards of $8,000 to attempt solve the issue. John (the owner of Quality) came out and in about 10 seconds identified EXACTLY what was causing the problem. The cost? $1400 to fix. I would never use anyone else. They are now performing regular lawn maintenance, fertilization and other services. I am switching all of my lawn care over to them.

We had a lot of water collecting in our back yard.  During any sizable rain we'd have water in our back yard for a day or more.  During heavy rains it was a small lake and unusable for several days.
They dug a trench from the lowest point in the yard to the nearest downspout.
The morning after the storm of 05/12/14, we had very little standing water at all!   HUGE improvement!

First off, i never leave negative reviews or reviews of any kind. I am that fired up about this company. We had a few sprinkler heads we needed moved and repaired. We also needed a backflow test done. When my husband called the office to schedule, the receptionist was extremely rude to him and told him that they had to come out four seperate visits to perform each thing- they didn't have the time to do it all at once. It seemed curious to me why they needed to do that, until I got the 4 bills- each with a seperate $60 to $75 service charge. So they are charging four times the service charges than if they came out once. There was no need for it to take 4 visits- the work was the same, just moving or repairing sprinkler heads. Also the first time i got each bill, they were marked late, although i had not been previously billed. Overall, we will never use them again, nor will we refer them.

Quality Sprinkling Systems always does a very good job. They get in touch with me to set up the sprinkling features. They actually show up when they are scheduled to show up. Everything that they do always works. If anything ever gets missed they will come right back out to repair it. This last time they came out to replace sprinkling heads. They made sure to check everything and make sure that it worked. The first time that the sprinklers ran the head popped and water was going all over. So I called them and they came out later that day. They came right out and apologized to me, explained what had happened and replaced the head for free. Whenever there is something that needs to be replaced the prices are very reasonable. I could not ask for better service. The people who come out to do the work really know what they are doing. I almost always have the same people who come out to my home. I have not seen a new face in a long time, so they must be pretty happy working there as well. I love them!

I received a rough estimate of cost the day after my first contact. The estimate was close to the actual cost. They came within a couple of days of my request to do the work. The job was done efficiently and effectively in less than two days, by one person. Dave was easy to communicate with and receptive to my suggestions. In addition to the repairs, he replaced some old sprinkler heads. The system now works perfectly.

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE FOR THIS DAY AND AGE. JUST REALLY TERRIFIC. IT HAS TAKEN ME 2 YEARS TO FIND SOMEONE WHO HAS FINALLY FIXED MY SYSTEM. HE WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE, HE RETURNED MY CALLS QUICKLY, AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
