Ohio Junk Force

Two pleasant young gentlemen came out within a couple of days and removed all of the unwanted materials and junk from my garage rafters and floor. The whole process took 15 minutes. My garage has never looked cleaner! That stuff had been sitting around for years - I should have called sooner! Great service!

We used the Angie's List Deal for junk removal service. The two gents were very professional, friendly, quick and made the process comfortable for the consumer. I'd use their service again without hesitation, they were outstanding.

They were supposed to come between 1-3 pm on Saturday but were swamped with other jobs. They called us several times to let us know they were running late and apologized each time, saying they were still coming, giving us their estimated arrival time. They finally arrived at 6:45 pm, their last job of the day. We were fine with that and the driver called us when he was 20 minutes away. Henry and Lance had everything in the truck in about 15 minutes, lightly tossing things in that we could barely lift. After everything was loaded, they swept up the area, putting that in the truck too. They were friendly, polite, and hard working. With the $79 coupon we'd bought on Angie's List, they only charged us an extra $35 for our larger than coupon load, which was less than we'd expected. We highly recommend this company - ask for Henry and Lance!

They arrivied on time and by hand two wonderful young men professionally and quickly cleaned out my garage and hauled it all away.

They got there later than expected, but continued to keep in touch to let me know status. The guys were way out East prior to coming to our house and had no idea how much time it would take them to arrive at our house. Once they got there,though, they worked non-stop. These guys went over and beyond what I expected. I was very impressed! It was such a muddy mess in the backyard where they worked, but they did their best to keep it away from the front of the house. The weight of stuff they lifted into that truck amazed me! They were very polite and respectful. I would definately refer them to anyone. They were worth every penny!

Purchased the coupon on Angie's list special to try the company out. They promptly returned my call and scheduled the clean out. On the appointed day they showed up on time and after a quick walk through quoted a price for all of the work. The two young men were professional and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

I purchased a special offer from Angie's List for some waste removal resulting from a recent home project. Unfortunately I learned this service provider isn't permitted to remove waste from the county in which I live. This wasn't really thier fault, so it should not be held against them as far as ratings are concerned and I did get a refund. This was more a problem with the way the offer was advertised than anything else. I will say my brief interactions with OJF was positive so it pains me not to be able to provide a better rating.

Two men came with a nice big clean truck, which they filled with all the debris & there was a lot. They were courteous and efficient. I paid a bit more than the promotion price because they had to first take down the shed. I understood this beforehand. I would use them again w/o hesitation. Surprisingly, a mom & 7 baby raccoons ran out from beneath the shed into the woods once the demolition began, but were unharmed and didn't bother the 2 workmen.

I called Ohio Junk Force on Tuesday 9/4, left a message and received a prompt reply. Even though they charge by weight for heavy stuff like asphalt and concrete, the employee with whom I spoke was able to translate the cubic footage estimate I gave him into an accurate price estimate by weight. We scheduled the pick-up for 9/6 between 1 and 3pm with a target time of 1:30pm. Henry and Lance (the employees from Ohio Junk Force who came to do the hauling) called around 1:30pm to say that complications at their previous job had them running late, and that they would arrive at 2:30pm. They arrived at 2:40pm and were very professional and courteous. Henry asked me to point out exactly what I wanted them to take, quickly gauged the weight of the pile of asphalt to make sure that it fit the estimate I'd been given, and took down the necessary payment information, etc. While Henry and I were talking, Lance had looked around and seen the three rotting, falling-apart bags of yard waste and asked if I wanted them to take those, too. Initially I said "no", but both Lance and Henry assured me that adding those wouldn't incur any additional costs! These guys are great. While Henry and I finished filling out the billing paperwork, Lance got straight to work quickly throwing chunk after chunk of asphalt into their truck. Once they got started I returned to work. Despite the asphalt being pretty crumbly, when I came home there weren't any traces of asphalt grit in the driveway so they must have swept after they got all of the asphalt into the truck. My experience with Ohio Junk Force, and especially Henry and Lance, was wonderful and I would definitely use them again.

The process went really well. The guys showed up on time, worked hard, and swept up when they left. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I showed them the stuff i wanted taken away and they removed it . also the raked the back yard! bonus!!

OMG......absolutely wonderful!!! Henry and Lance were polite, prompt, strapingly strong, quick and able men! They were careful not to break anything or damage the house as they moved in and out. They were very conscientious in moving out only the items We wanted out! They pulled out all the stuff from the crawl quicker than We could believe. The quality of the work is admirable!! The truck, which was spotlessly clean, was jammed full!!!!! We could not be more satisfied with their work. For anyone who needs this kind of help, they are a Godsend!

I was very impressed with Ohio Junk Force employees. Two men came over with a truck. They asked me what needed to be removed and from what rooms. They were very thorough. They made sure they did not take anything that was not on my list. If either one of the guys questioned an item; they would ask me about it before throwing it on their truck. After everything was thrown away, the guys swept up. I was really impressed with the proffesionalism of the two men. I would definately hire them again!

They were later than expected but called to keep me aware of their schedule. The gentlemen who did the hauling were quick, careful and accommodating as well as polite.

They were friendly and on time. They kept me up to date with phone calls and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were clean, efficient and even though it was 100% out that day they never complained.

They arrived early (after calling to confirm that an early arrival was ok), hauled everything down the driveway (my driveway was too narrow to fit the truck down) and swept up when they were done. They were professional, polite, honest, fair and a pleasure to talk to while they worked. I should have had them out to do the work years ago.

I am absolutely ecstatic about them. They were phenomenal. They came in and did a great job. They took all of the crap out of my basement. They swept up after they were finished. They were very polite. The two guys that came out were great. I've been bragging about them to everybody I talk to. I had a lot of debris in my basement. In order to get rid of the debris, I would have to rent a dumpster and hire someone to carry it out. I'm not able to carry it myself, I am disabled. It would cost me $250. I also considered a dumpster bag, which would cost more. For $110, these two guys from Ohio Junk Force came in. They had a truck designed for hauling garbage. They hauled everything out, and swept up after they were done. They were very polite and very friendly. I can't stop raving about them. I called the owner of the company, and told him I was ecstatic about them.

They were very nice and even called me to let me they had taken care of everything. They mailed a receipt afterwards and were very friendly and very accommodating.
