Very well, took about 1 hour. Henry Bailey and John Person were efficient and hauled everything to the truck. After hauling the shed, the even swept the concrete pad that was underneath. I am very happy with their services.

The guys showed up on time, in the pouring rain, and did an excellent job. We had more yard debris than expected, but the team did the job for the price estimated. I would probably use them again.

We love these guys - this is the the fourth or fifth time we've used them since our major home remodel, basement, garage, & attic cleanouts, and a big multi-family garage sale, all of which generated tons of worthless junk. You call & roughly describe what you have to throw away. They give you a date and time when they'll be there with two men and big green truck. They call and give you a heads up when they're on their way. They always come on time, always toss everything you have into the truck no matter how heavy it is, and always clean up the area so it looks like you never had a giant pile of junk in the first place. Their men are absolute gentlemen, always. Ask for Henry! We'd had some college boys dig out a large flower bed filled with weeds, loading 3 large tarps with heavy dirt, rocks & weeds. For about $100 more, Ohio Junk Force shoveled all three tarploads into their truck along with all our other stuff - fantastic!

Called on Wednesday and asked them to come on Friday, to which they agreed. Chris and his partner showed up on time. They removed an old refrigerator, many railroad ties, an old door, heavy metal framing, signs, and a carpet. There was an extra charge for the railroad ties, which were preserved, and they told me that prior to the job; we agreed to the price in advance of the work. They worked hard and were quick. They swept up the area where the junk was staged. They provided an estimate to take a load of bricks away. They were professional and pleasant. I would use them again and recommend them to others without reservation.

The appointment was for 2 pm. At @ 3:00 pm Henry called and said they would arrive at 3:30 or 4 pm. they did not arrive until about 5:00 pm. Fortunately, I was flexible with my day so it wasn't a huge inconvenience, however, if I had not been flexible, the late arrival would have been a problem. The crew of two men worked very fast. Henry was considerate, helpful, and willing to do anything to complete the job in a satisfactory manner.

Arrived on time, professional, cleaned up even though it was not necessary. This is the 4th time I used Ohio Junk Force and will use them again in the future. They are great!

Provider called prior to arrival and informed they were on the way. Give an estimated time of arrival. Removed all items I desired from garage, fast and efficient. Highly recommeded !! AAA+

Two men performed work most of the time until third man showed up with the truck to help load the items to be hauled. Total time on premises was about 4 hours counting lunch break of 1/2 hour waiting for truck to return for loading. Supervisor was unaware of the Angie's list coupon discount; however, a quick call to the owner solved this problem quickly and the owner gave us a future discount for troubling us by the lack of knowing about the coupon by the supervisor on the job. Everyone we met in person or by phone including the laborers on the job to the owner was courteous and professional.

It went excellently. I was given a courtesy call when the workers were on their way to my home, which was much appreciated. The workers made sure they understood what I needed hauled and were quite professional in their interactions with me.

I am cleaning up my house and had a lot of stuff like old windows, cardboard, bed frames, lamp parts, etc. that needed to be either thrown away or recycled. They came in, very carefully followed instructions to seperate what was junk from treasure. (I had this well planned ahead of time by the way). They took it out, cheerfully, and left. It did not take long. I bought a prepaid 1/4 truck. They filled the 1/4 truck, then gave me a price on the remaining stuff, which I gladly paid. There were no secrets or surprises. Love these guys!

This is my third time using Ohio Junk Force and each time has been a great experience. Chris was on his own that day, but he made sure to call me to let me know he was running late and would still be stopping by. They always have a fast response time, always very professional with contacting me and they do a great and quick job of hauling everything away. One of the best companies I've ever worked with and will gladly call them when I need them again.

They are great. I called them yesterday and they asked if they could come 2pm. They were in and out.

It was a pleasure to work with this contractor. I called and got voice mail so I left a message and my call was retuned within 15 minutes. In that initial call , I was able to set up my appointment for trash hauling. Everyone that we came into contact with was polite and professional. Highly recommend this contractor.

We purchased this deal because we are clearing out my mother-in-law's house and had a significant amount of items to dispose of that we could not dispose of through our city trash collection (they only take bulk items once per month). The Ohio Junk Force offer was a godsend. They were responsive, courteous, and did a great job hauling away much more material than the coupon covered. We felt that the hauling service for the extra square footage of material was very fairly priced and they were specific and clear about the charges. We would use them again and would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job. I had to clean out some things from my parents house. We had an old chair and some odds and ends in the house. But the main challenge was a shed filled with various metal, wood and plaster board from old projects my dad did years ago. Much of it was rusted or had significant water damage. These came out and cleared away everything that we asked them to take. I was going to leave some of the plaster board in there because it was so wedged in the back to shed and really hard to get out. The one gentleman said are you sure, that he could easily get that out of there. And he did! I was very pleased and will use them again in the near future.

Took everything, and were very cooperative. Lacked professional knowledge about loading items. and seemed to be trying to show off Throwing and breaking a mirror, swinging from the rafters in the garage, loading a refrigerator ontop of boxes and broken items. It was like watching an unsupervised teenager. But they did manage to get everything on their truck and out of hear, I just wouldn't have wanted to drive behind that truck on an expressway.

Work was efficient, but rather expensive.

In fall 2012 purchased coupon through angies list - called for service in April 2013 and the service could not have been better. We scheduled a 2 hour window for pickup and they called several times to let me know when they would be arriving. They were quick, packed everything up, swept out the garage and left. Thank you Henry Bailey and crew - I will call again when I clean out the attic. t

Phone call to set up job was polite, quick, easy. Three guys arrived the next day as scheduled and took care of everything from various parts of the house. They were considerate to separate things that could be donated and things that were just trash. Very satisfied and we will likely be using them again since Shaker Heights won't take bulk trash. Used Angie's list special offer that saved us $55 off cost.
