Two young men arrived at approximately 1:30 pm, introduced themselves and gave me a quote. They were prepared to do the work on the spot. Although I originally thought the quote was a little high, I quickly changed my mind once I saw the extent of the work. That 1940's fireplace did not come down easily. Additionally, there was a lot of concrete and bricks to be transported by wheelbarrow and emptied in the truck. All in all, they worked very hard. They also cleaned up the site very well and made sure driveway was swept up before leaving. The men were professional and well mannered. And, there was no down time -- they just kept at it until the job was complete. I would recommend this company to anyone needing something cleaned up and hauled away. We are now free of a very ugly eyesore.

Item removed were heavy and cumbersome. They two young men were very professional and quickly solved any problems in removing the furniture. They were careful not to damage walls and doors. They were pleasant and explained billing and the procedure before starting.

They called me about 30 minutes before they arrived, which is always appreciated and they arrived comfortably within the time range they had given me. Henry had removed his shoes and left them outside, while Luke never came in the house, so no dirt was ever tracked in the house! Interestingly, their truck is closed so the neighbors can't see you discards and if they deem them worthy of donating, nothing is damaged. I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them enthusiastically.

Great. they arrived on time (and called ahead to let me know when they were going to arrive). The cleaned up everything and did a greaqt job. have used them 3 times in the past year and will continue to use them.

This was an Angie's Big Deal. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and went to basement to see and understand exactly what was to be removed. Within 35 minutes they had removed a 1/4 truck load of wet and dry furniture and trash and books from the basement. Most of those things were still damp from a basement flooding. They cleaned up the entire area from which they had removed stuff. Excellent work by very friendly but professional workers.

Great service. I emailed a photo of the playset to be demolished and removed, and they quoted a price and said if the job looked simpler when they arrived they might be able to lower it. Three guys came and arrived on time. Our job wasn't as easy as it looked like it would be, and took longer than anticipated, but they did not raise the price they quoted me at the beginning. Upon completion they picked up every scrap of wood and spent at least 10-15 minutes looking for any nails that might have fallen in the yard. Very professional, hard-working, and friendly. We have an old deck that will need to be demolished and the foreman said to call them and they'd make me a good deal on it. I will definitely do that when we are ready to move forward with that project.

They were late arriving for the scheduled time but they did call to say they had run into traffic and construction delays. Once on the job they very efficient and moved quickly to clear the area of all trash. They finished up by raking and sweeping the area. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend and use this service again.

Team arrived and promptly loaded items, I gave them my Angies deal and they left.

Two thumbs up! They're just good, very very nice and just easy to deal with. It was a $100 coupon and so it was win win win. There was absolutely nothing negative about them. I never met them face to face. I assume there was one guy. I wasn't really there and they kind of took care of it. They were just easy to work with and did what they said. They went out of their way to make sure you knew what was going on. It couldn't have been easier, really couldn't have been!

It went very well. They had a delay due to an injured employee but they worked around it and got the job done!

When I called after finding this provider on Angie's List, I was able to book an appointment quickly. They did run 45 minutes behind schedule, but when Henry and a team of two arrived, I was assured that they did not want me to do any of the work - that they were here to perform all of the junk removal services. They went into action quickly, and removed all items that I requested from my garage and basement. When I was unsure of a few items as we went through my basement (full of storage items I'd been holding for relatives for a number of years), they were patient and assisted me in making quick decisions. The time went very quickly, and my basement is now free of all "junk". The team appeared to have a system in place to complete the work efficiently and effectively. They also swept the basement when the work was finished, and asked me to look around to ensure I was satisfied with the work completed. It's a big relief to have my basement back! Henry also replaced my smoke detector in my basement (that I had been meaning to take care of) before he left to give me additional peace of mind. I would use them again, and I recommend Ohio Junk Force to others. They take their work seriously, and care about client satisfaction.

I have to admit that this was years ago and I do not remember AT ALL how much it cost. But I do know that we have used other trash services and have never felt great about the service. This time the price seemed right. The people seemed right and the service was fabulous. Would absolutely refer them to anyone and will use them again someday!

They came in and did a nice job. They were wonderful. They picked up what I needed asked me if there was anything else and out the door they went. I would use them again in the future.
